Police Chief Codes: How to Redeem Them and This Week's List (October 2026)

For Police Chief players who want the free rewards, and for alliance leaders who share codes with members. Checked October 31 2026.

Short answer: Police Chief codes are redeemed on the official Redeem Hub website, not inside the game. Log in on the page with your Player ID, enter the code and claim. Rewards go to your Backpack. Codes need Chief's Office level 7 and last about seven days. On Oct 31 2026 the official Discord lists TRICKORCHIEF, valid until Nov 5.

New codes come out every week, so a list goes stale fast. Codes expire, so check each one on the Redeem Hub. Everything here comes from the official Police Chief Discord and the official Redeem Hub.

Police Chief codes this week

The official Discord posts one code per week. Each one needs Chief's Office level 7 or higher and lasts about seven days.

Older weekly codes from the same Discord were STOPDROPROLL, CHIEFTRAVELS, PEACEKEEPER, SIRENOFF, PAWFFICER and COASTGUARD. The Discord did not give their windows in what we checked, so treat them as expired.

The three dated codes run Friday to Thursday. If that pattern holds, the next code should appear around Nov 6. That is a pattern, not a promise, so check the Discord.

How to redeem a Police Chief code

This is the question players ask most in the official chief-chat. Codes are not typed inside the game. You use the Redeem Hub on the official website (policechief.walgames.com).

1. Open the Redeem Hub page in a browser.
2. Log in to your game account with the Log in button. The page asks for your Player ID.
3. Enter the code exactly as written. Codes are in capital letters.
4. Claim the reward.
5. Open the game and check your Backpack. The reward is sent there automatically.

If nothing shows up, open your in-game mail. The Redeem Hub says delivery records are kept there.

If a code does not work

• Check the dates. The code may have passed its seventh day.
• Check your Chief's Office level. Level 7 is the minimum for the weekly codes.
• Check the spelling. Copy the code from the Discord post instead of typing it.
• Use the official page only. Ignore sites that promise free codes or Diamonds. A real redeem happens on the official Redeem Hub with your Player ID.

Other free rewards on the official web shop

The publisher also runs events on its official web shop at pay.walgames.com. Two were posted in the Discord in late October. A weekly Sign-In Reward on the Web Shop gives a 1-Hr Universal Speedup from Oct 26 to Nov 1. An Exclusive Emoji Giveaway gave the "Happy as a Clam" emoji for 3 web purchases, with a post date of Oct 26. Web shop events change often, so read the Discord before you plan around one.

For spenders and alliance leaders

• Share the date, not only the code. When you post a code in your alliance chat, add the last valid day. Members who see an expired code lose trust in the post.
• Pin the Redeem Hub steps. New members ask how to redeem every week. One pinned message with the five steps above saves you the same answer every time.
• Reach level 7 early. Send new recruits to the Chief's Office first. Our beginner guide covers what else to do in week one.
• Codes do not cover queues. Our Diamond guide puts the second build queue ahead of every other Diamond buy. No weekly code pays toward it, so plan that first.
