Alliance Program terms

Effective date: August 15, 2026

These terms cover the Packsify Alliance Program. They apply together with the Packsify Terms of Service, which continue to apply to everything you do on Packsify. If these terms and the Terms of Service conflict on an Alliance Program topic, these terms apply.

If you create an Alliance code, you agree to these terms when you accept them during setup. If you support an Alliance code, you agree to the parts that apply to members (sections 3, 6, and 9) when you confirm your support in the app.

The short version

You can create your own Alliance code and share it with your alliance. When people support your code and place orders, you earn rewards in Packsify credits, and you choose how much of those rewards to share back with your members. The full rules, current rates, and limits are always visible in the app. Don't game the system, don't speak in Packsify's name, and treat your members the way you'd want to be treated.

The short version is here to help you. The sections below are the actual terms.

1. Definitions

  • Alliance code. A unique code connected to your Packsify account that others can support.
  • Partner. A user who has created an Alliance code.
  • Member. A user who supports a partner's Alliance code.
  • Follower. A member whose orders don't generate rewards for the partner. Followers keep all other alliance benefits. The app always shows whether a member is a supporting member or a follower.
  • Rewards. Packsify credits a partner earns from qualifying orders placed by their members.
  • Member share. The portion of rewards a partner chooses to pass back to their members.
  • Referral cap. The lifetime limit on rewards that can be earned from a single member, across all partners.

2. Joining the program

Any Packsify user who meets the age and eligibility requirements of the Terms of Service and has an account in good standing can create an Alliance code, subject to the activation requirements shown in the app. Creating a code is free. You can rename your Alliance code once; choose carefully.

Packsify can decline or revoke an Alliance code where the law or these terms require it, or where reasonably necessary to protect the program. If that happens outside an enforcement case, rewards you already earned are handled under sections 4 and 9.

Some partners have individual written agreements with Packsify (for example invited elite or custom partners). Where an individual agreement conflicts with these terms, the individual agreement applies to that partner.

3. How rewards work

Rewards are earned on completed game orders placed by your members through your Alliance code. Rewards are never earned on credit deposits, refunded or cancelled orders, or reward credits themselves.

A new member's orders start generating rewards after that member meets the qualification requirements shown in the app. Reward rates, qualification requirements, tier thresholds, payout limits, and hold periods are displayed in the app and in your Alliance Dashboard. These values can change as described in section 10.

Each member has a referral cap: a lifetime limit on the rewards their orders can generate, across all partners. When a member reaches the referral cap, they become a follower. The current cap is shown in the app.

Participation doesn't guarantee any level of rewards. What you earn depends on what your members actually order.

Rewards are calculated by Packsify's systems based on order data. Packsify's records are authoritative unless shown to be clearly wrong.

4. Payouts

Rewards are paid in Packsify credits to your Packsify wallet. Credits are subject to the Packsify Terms of Service, including expiration. Rewards unlock after a hold period shown in the app; larger orders and first orders from new members can have longer holds. Daily payout limits depend on your tier and are shown in the app.

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They cannot be transferred between accounts, except through the member share and gifting features inside the app. This is a limited exception to the credit transfer restrictions in the Terms of Service and applies only to those features.

If an order that generated rewards is later refunded, reversed, or charged back, Packsify may adjust the rewards connected to that order, including deducting them from your balance or your future rewards. Only rewards connected to the affected orders are adjusted.

5. Member share

You choose what percentage of your rewards to share back with your members, from 0 to 100 percent. Member share is distributed pro-rata based on what each member spent. You can change your share percentage as allowed in the app. Member share comes out of your rewards; it's your choice and your promise to your alliance, not Packsify's.

6. Supporting a code, locks, and privacy

When you support an Alliance code, the code stays on your account for the lock period shown before you confirm. During the lock you can't switch or stop. The lock applies every time you attach a code, including switching to a new one. The lock keeps rewards fair for whoever you support.

When you support a code, the partner can see your username (unless you hide it in your settings), the amount you spend through their code, and your first and last order dates. Partners never see your email address, payment details, or game account credentials.

7. What partners may not do

The program rewards real communities, not schemes. You may not:

  • support your own Alliance code, directly or through another account;
  • create or use multiple accounts, shared game accounts, or coordinated rings to generate rewards;
  • generate orders that exist only to produce rewards;
  • speak as Packsify or make promises on Packsify's behalf. You are an independent participant, not Packsify's employee, agent, or representative, and nothing in this program creates such a relationship;
  • promise specific savings percentages or guarantees Packsify itself does not make;
  • use Packsify's name, logo, or materials outside the official brand resources, or in a misleading way;
  • share your code through spam, or in communities and platforms whose rules don't allow it.

What you tell your community is yours. Packsify is not responsible for statements or promises partners make beyond what Packsify itself publishes.

8. Enforcement

Packsify reviews program activity. If we reasonably believe these terms were broken, we can withhold or reverse rewards connected to the violation, convert the involved members to followers, suspend or close an Alliance code, or remove a partner from the program. Enforcement targets the rewards and members connected to the violation; rewards you earned legitimately are not affected unless the activity as a whole was fraudulent. For serious violations, the Packsify Terms of Service rules on account suspension apply. Where reasonable, we'll tell you what happened; in fraud cases we may limit what we share.

9. Leaving the program

You can stop sharing your Alliance code at any time. Members can stop supporting a code once their lock ends. If you leave the program or close your account in good standing, rewards already earned pay out normally after their hold, and unlocked rewards in your wallet stay yours under the Terms of Service. Rewards forfeited under section 8 or under the Terms of Service stay forfeited.

10. Changes and program lifetime

Rates, thresholds, caps, holds, and other program values shown in the app can change. Changes apply going forward, never retroactively to rewards already earned. We'll give notice in the app before material changes take effect. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop participating, and rewards you earned before the change stay governed by the values that applied when you earned them. Packsify can modify, pause, or end the Alliance Program; if the program ends, rewards already earned are handled under sections 4 and 9.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards in your country.

12. Everything else

The Packsify Terms of Service govern everything these terms don't cover, including disputes, arbitration, and governing law.
