Packsify LLC (“Packsify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
We only collect personal information necessary to provide our Services, prevent fraud, comply with the law, and improve user experience. We never sell your personal information, and we only share it when needed to deliver our Services or meet legal obligations.
We do not buy or sell personal data. We do not share your account information with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not use your personal data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

Information You Provide Directly – Account registration details, payment information, order details, and any information shared in communications with us. Used to provide Services, process transactions, prevent fraud, and offer customer support.

Information from Third Parties – Payment confirmation, fraud risk assessments, or identity verification data from payment processors, verification services, or legal authorities when required.
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
We use your information to:
- Provide, process, and fulfill your orders.

We take your security and privacy seriously. Every part of our process is designed to protect your account details and personal data.
Temporary account access. Some orders require our team to temporarily access your game account, solely to complete the purchase you requested. Access is limited to that purpose: a trained team member completes your order and logs out, and nothing else on your account is viewed, changed, or used.
How access is protected:
- Credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access is limited to trained, authorized team members bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Credentials are never shared outside the authorized team and are removed after your order is completed.
- All employees and contractors with access to personal data complete privacy and data protection training.
- An official Google or Apple store receipt exists behind every purchase.
For a full explanation of how we keep accounts safe, see Is Packsify Safe.
Security commitments. If we ever experience a data breach likely to risk your rights or freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay and within legal timeframes, and inform relevant authorities when required. We may engage independent security auditors to review our systems and practices, and we address any findings as part of our commitment to ongoing improvement.
We collect and retain only the minimum personal information necessary.
Retention periods and reasons:
Account data – kept while active and for up to 2 years after closure for fraud prevention.
Order and transaction records – kept for 6 years to comply with tax and accounting laws.
Support communications – kept for up to 3 years to resolve disputes.
Personal data stored in backups is subject to the same security controls and retention schedules as live systems, and is deleted or anonymized when the backup is cycled out.
We may retain certain information beyond our standard retention periods when necessary to resolve ongoing disputes, comply with investigations, or enforce our agreements, in accordance with applicable law.
When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
For users in the EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions, we process personal data based on:
- Contract performance.
- Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement).
- Legal obligations.
- Consent (where required).
These principles apply globally.
We share data only when necessary:
- With secure payment processors that comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.
- With trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, and support, and with the Alliance partner you choose to support, as described in the Sharing within the Alliance Program section below.
- To comply with lawful requests. We only share with authorities when legally compelled, and will notify you where the law allows.
- In case of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not share your personal information with game publishers except for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal requirements.
Third-party providers such as payment processors have their own privacy policies - we encourage reviewing them before use.
The Alliance Program lets users support a partner's Alliance code. If you support a code, that partner can see your username (unless you hide it in your settings), the amount you spend through their code, and your first and last order dates. Partners never see your email address, payment details, or game account credentials. This sharing is how the program works, and it is shown to you in the app before you confirm your support. You can hide your username from partners at any time in your settings. If you create an Alliance code, the code name you chose is visible to others.
To protect the program, our systems automatically flag unusual activity. A person always reviews a flag before any decision is made about an account.
Your data is primarily stored in secure servers in the United States. When transferred abroad, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and review them regularly for compliance. We will notify you if the legal basis for transfers changes.
