    Terms of Service

    These Packsify Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between Packsify LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Packsify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”).

    Important: Packsify is an independent order facilitation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any game publisher unless explicitly stated. All trademarks, game names, and intellectual property are the property of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.

    You pay us for our service of processing and facilitating purchases on your behalf, not for the digital goods themselves. All purchases are completed through official platforms such as Google Play or Apple App Store, and publishers are paid in full for every transaction. To publishers, these purchases appear exactly like any other player purchase.

    Packsify is built for fair players. We never use exploits, hacks, or unauthorized methods. This means our service is designed to be safe for your account while giving you a trusted way to process in-game purchases.

    By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Packsify immediately.

    1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

    By using Packsify, you confirm and agree that:

    1. You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

    2. You authorize us to act as your purchasing agent to buy in-game goods on your behalf exclusively through official platforms such as Google Play or Apple App Store, with publishers paid in full for each transaction.

    3. You understand that all purchases are processed exactly like any other player transaction in the official store systems, and appear to the publisher as such.

    4. You are solely responsible for ensuring your activities comply with your game publisher’s rules and terms of service.

    5. You acknowledge that we provide a facilitation service only - we do not sell or distribute digital goods ourselves.

    6. You agree that, unless otherwise stated in these Terms, all sales are final and non-refundable once your order has been processed in the official store.

    7. By continuing to use Packsify after completing an order, you confirm your satisfaction with all prior orders.

    2. Modifications to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via the platform. Continuing to use Packsify after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

    3. Eligibility & Account Registration

    To use Packsify, you must meet all of the following requirements:

    Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

    Accurate Information – You must provide complete and truthful account information during registration and keep it updated.

    Single Account Rule – You may not register or maintain more than one account without our written permission. Accounts created for the purpose of avoiding bans, limits, or fraud investigations may be terminated. Users whose accounts have been terminated by Packsify may not create or register a new account without our prior written consent.

    Payment Method Ownership – You may only use payment methods that are legally registered to you or that you are authorized to use.

    Account Security – You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

    Prior Violations – We may refuse registration or terminate your account if you have previously violated these Terms, been banned from Packsify, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.

    We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to meet these requirements may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

    4. Description of Services

    Packsify provides an order facilitation and processing service. This means:

    Purchasing on Your Behalf – You authorize us to act as your purchasing agent to acquire digital goods (such as in-game bundles) on your behalf.

    Official Channels Only – All purchases are made exclusively through official platforms such as Google Play or Apple App Store, using legitimate payment methods.

    Publisher Paid in Full – These transactions are processed exactly like any other player purchase; publishers are paid in full by the platform and see them in their systems as standard user transactions.

    Service, Not Goods – You are paying us for the service of arranging and processing the purchase, not for the digital goods themselves.

    No IP Handling – We do not sell, host, transfer, or directly deliver any publisher's intellectual property.

    No Interference – We do not modify, bypass, or interfere with the publisher’s official payment systems or game code in any way.

    5. Credits - Usage & Expiration

    Purpose – Credits are a virtual balance that can only be used within the Packsify platform to request services as described in these Terms. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, transferred, exchanged, or sold.

    Non-Transferability – Credits belong solely to the account in which they were issued and cannot be moved to another account.

    Expiration – Credits automatically expire two (2) years after their last use, regardless of whether the expiration date is displayed in your account.

    No Reinstatement – Once expired, credits cannot be reinstated, refunded, or converted into any other form of value.

    Refund Exception – If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, any unused credits will be forfeited without refund

    6. Payment Methods

    We currently accept credit cards, Revolut, and cryptocurrency payments. Payment methods may change in the future without prior notice. You agree to pay in full before we begin processing your order.

    7. Order Process & Satisfaction Acknowledgment

    Placing an Order – You submit your request, provide all required details (such as game name, purchase amount, and any necessary screenshots), and pay in full before we begin processing.

    Processing – Orders are fulfilled exclusively through official platforms such as Google Play or Apple App Store.

    Satisfaction Confirmation – Placing another order after a prior one has been completed is considered your confirmation that you are satisfied with all previous orders. This acknowledgment will be used as evidence in the event of any dispute or chargeback related to past completed orders.

    Dispute Protection – If you open a payment dispute or chargeback after continuing to place orders, we may rely on this section to demonstrate that you accepted previous deliveries and their completion.

    No Modification After Processing – Once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded except as provided in these Terms.

    8. Refunds, Cancellations & Final Sales

    All Sales Final – Once an order has been completed in the official store, such as Google Play or Apple App Store, it is considered final and non-refundable.

    No Refund for Publisher Actions – We are not responsible for, and will not refund, any orders if your game account is later restricted, suspended, or banned by the publisher for any reason.

    Refund Eligibility – Refunds are only available if the order was not fulfilled in the official store. Refund requests under this section must be submitted within 3 days of the order date by email to legal@packsify.com and must include your account details, order number, and reason for the request.

    Cancellations – Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.

    Fraudulent Disputes – Any attempt to reverse payment through chargeback, dispute, or other unauthorized reversal for a completed order will result in:

    - Immediate account closure,
    - Forfeiture of any remaining credits, and
    - Possible legal action or referral to relevant authorities.

    9. Ban Protection Guarantee

    We are confident that you will not be banned simply for using Packsify - all purchases we process are made through official channels such as Google Play or Apple App Store and appear to publishers exactly like any other player transaction, with publishers paid in full by the platform.

    Because we stand behind this, we may offer our Ban Protection Guarantee: if your account is ever permanently banned solely and directly because of a Packsify-processed purchase, we will provide compensation in the form of account credits or another agreed alternative.

    To qualify, you must provide:
    1. Official documentation from the publisher stating the ban reason,
    2. Records of all purchases made through Packsify, and
    3. Proof you did not use cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, or other prohibited third-party services.

    Claims may be denied if there is any unrelated violation, false information, or abuse of this policy. All decisions are final. This guarantee is a voluntary customer benefit and is not an admission of liability.

    10. Account Sharing Policy

    Publisher Rules – Some game publishers prohibit account sharing in their terms of service. You are responsible for knowing and complying with those rules.

    No Requirement to Share – Packsify does not require, request, or encourage you to share your game account information.

    Our Role – When you use our services, you are authorizing us to make purchases on your behalf through official store channels (such as Google Play or Apple App Store), not to log in for gameplay or access unrelated parts of your account.

    User Responsibility – If you voluntarily choose to share account access with us, you do so entirely at your own risk.

    Liability Disclaimer – Packsify is not liable for any loss, restriction, or ban imposed by a publisher as a result of account sharing or other activities that violate the publisher’s terms.

    11. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

    We may require additional verification before processing high-value or suspicious orders.

    Verification – We may require additional verification, such as proof of identity, account ownership, or payment authorization, before processing any high-value, unusual, or suspicious orders.

    Right to Refuse – We may cancel, block, or refuse to process any transaction that:
    - Appears fraudulent,
    - Involves stolen, unauthorized, or compromised payment methods,
    - It is linked to account takeovers,
    - Attempts to circumvent our limits or security systems, or
    - Otherwise, abuse our services.

    Enforcement – Accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity will be:
    - Permanently banned from Packsify,
    - Forfeit any remaining credits or pending orders, and
    - May be reported to law enforcement, payment providers, and/or relevant game publishers.

    No Liability – We are not responsible for any loss or delay caused by security checks, fraud investigations, or order cancellations under this section.

    Any decision to cancel, block, or refuse a transaction is at our sole discretion.

    12. User Conduct

    While using Packsify, you agree to act lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith. You must not:

    Illegal or Prohibited Activity – Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or publisher rules.

    Harassment and Abuse – Harass, threaten, abuse, or engage in behavior intended to harm, intimidate, or offend others, including other users, Packsify staff, or third parties.

    False or Misleading Information – Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, order submission, or in any communication with Packsify.

    Service Manipulation – Exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in our platform, use bots or automated tools without explicit permission, or attempt to bypass our security measures.

    Intellectual Property Violations – Infringe upon or misuse the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of Packsify, game publishers, or third parties.

    Disruptive Actions – Engage in any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of Packsify’s services or imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.

    Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, loss of credits, cancellation of pending orders, and potential legal action.

    13. Publisher Compliance & Responsibility

    User Responsibility – You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Packsify complies with the terms of service, rules, and policies of the publishers of the games you play. This includes, but is not limited to, restrictions on account sharing, purchasing methods, and in-game conduct.

    No Monitoring Obligation – Packsify has no obligation to monitor or enforce publisher terms on your behalf and does not provide legal advice regarding compliance.

    No Liability – We are not liable for any enforcement actions taken by a publisher against you, including account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or removal of in-game items, regardless of the reason.

    Official Store Transactions – All purchases we facilitate are processed through official store platforms (such as Google Play or Apple App Store), with publishers paid in full for each transaction. These appear in publisher systems the same as any other user purchase.

    14. Publisher Interference

    Publisher Control – Game publishers have full control over the delivery, activation, and management of in-game items and purchases within their systems.

    Our Role – All purchases we facilitate are processed through official store platforms such as Google Play or Apple App Store, with publishers paid in full, and they appear in publisher systems the same as any other player purchase.

    No Obligation for Publisher Actions – If a publisher cancels, revokes, modifies, or blocks a purchase or related in-game item, we have no obligation to replace, reissue, or refund that order unless required under these Terms (such as in the case of an approved Ban Protection Guarantee claim).

    Publisher Policies Apply – All purchases are subject to the publisher’s own delivery, acceptance, and in-game policies, which may change without notice. You are responsible for being aware of and complying with those policies.

    The only exception to this is where an approved Ban Protection Guarantee claim applies, as described in Section 9.

    15. Intellectual Property

    All game names, logos, characters, artwork, and other intellectual property are and remain the property of their respective owners.

    We use these names and references solely for descriptive purposes to identify the relevant products and services we can process on your behalf.

    Packsify does not claim ownership of, or any rights to, publisher's intellectual property except for the limited rights necessary to provide our services.

    You may not use Packsify’s own trademarks, logos, or content without our prior written consent.

    16. Data Protection & Privacy

    We collect, process, and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
    You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting legal@packsify.com.
    We may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
    By using Packsify, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

    17. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packsify is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data.

    Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

    This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    18. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Packsify, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
    - Your use of our services,
    - Your breach of these Terms, or
    - Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

    19. Suspension & Termination

    We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:

    - Violate these Terms,
    - Commit fraud or abuse,
    - Create legal, reputational, or business risk for us,
    - Or as required by law or regulatory action.

    Upon termination, any remaining credits in your account may be forfeited without refund.

    You may close your account at any time by contacting legal@packsify.com, but any completed transactions remain subject to these Terms.

    20. Governing Law & Disputes

    These Terms are governed by and will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

    Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider.

    You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You also waive any right to a jury trial. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.

    The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

    21. Contact

    For any questions, disputes, or legal matters, you must contact us at legal@packsify.com. This is our primary and official point of contact for all compliance and legal communications. We may request that you provide your account details, order numbers, and supporting documentation to help us respond efficiently.

    Summary:
    Packsify acts solely as your purchasing agent for in-game items via official channels such as Google Play or Apple App Store. Publishers are always paid in full for these transactions, which appear in their systems exactly like any other player purchase. You are responsible for complying with your game’s rules and terms of service.

    All sales are final. 
    By continuing to use Packsify after completing an order, you confirm your satisfaction with all prior orders.
