For Sea of Conquest players who just unlocked the Semaphore Station, and spenders deciding how many Hymn Conches it deserves. Checked October 2026.
Short answer: The Semaphore Station lets you put Orders, shown as flags, on your ships. Each Order boosts one ship type and adds a skill when three heroes are assigned. Blueprints come from a Hymn Conch draw, with a guarantee every 80 draws. Max one Order at a time, and match it to your best ship.

Flags, blessings, Orders, hero slots: the Semaphore Station looks like four systems at once. It is really one idea. You give a ship a flag, the flag makes that ship's damage type stronger, and the heroes you assign decide how good its skill is.
What the Semaphore Station is
The Semaphore Station arrived with Patch 560. You equip Orders, shown as flags, on your ships. Orders work like gear: each boosts one ship type with stats and an active skill (Treyex Gaming).
The slot is now standard. Every ship guide on AllClash shows a Semaphore Station flag next to the cannon, figurehead, sail and helm.
To equip an Order, tap the plus icon on the ship part slot, or open the Semaphore Station from the Develop tab.
How Orders work
- There are eight Orders. Each one boosts a different damage type or ship role.
- Each Order fits certain ships. The Hunt Order boosts Cutthroat damage and only goes on Warhammer or Black Wraith.
- One Order, one ship. You cannot put the same Order on two ships, so a fleet with two Cutthroat ships only boosts one of them.
- The Dominance Order is made for the Flagship and boosts basic damage. You can put it elsewhere, but then the Flagship misses out.
Getting and upgrading Orders
Orders unlock and upgrade with Order Blueprints. Blueprints come from a limited blueprint draw that uses Hymn Conches. Every 80 draws guarantees either a full Order or 50 blueprints.
| Upgrade | How it works |
|---|---|
| Stars | Orders start at 1 star and go up to 6 |
| Quality | After 6 stars the color rises: Green, Blue, Purple, Orange |
| What improves | Base stats like Armor, Damage and Impact |
| Blessings | Random bonus stats, from Grey up to Orange |

Blessings
Each Order also carries Blessing attributes: random stat bonuses in five tiers, Grey, Green, Blue, Purple and Orange. Each enhance improves 1 to 3 attributes, and lower-quality ones are more likely to be picked. A progress bar fills as you enhance, and when it is full the blessing moves up a tier. Enhancing costs Coins and Blessing Materials, which also come from the blueprint draw. Check your totals on the Semaphore Station summary page.
Order skills: the hero part
Every Order has a skill, and it only switches on when you assign three heroes to it. Example: the Hunt Order skill, Bloodthirsty Blades, adds Cutthroat damage each time the ship uses a skill.
- Skill quality follows your lowest-quality hero. Two legendary heroes and one lower-rarity hero give a lower-rarity skill.
- The top SP skill quality needs three legendary SP heroes.
- Skill level follows the lowest star level of the three. Heroes at 3, 5 and 6 stars give a level 3 skill.
So one weak hero drags the whole skill down. Our SP heroes guide covers why SP stars matter here.
Which Order first
- Your best damage ship. If you run a strong Cutthroat ship on Black Wraith or Warhammer, the Hunt Order fits it directly.
- Or the Flagship, with the Dominance Order, if your Flagship carries your damage.
- One at a time. A maxed Order beats three low ones, and it costs less to keep upgrading.
- Check your hero stars first. Three heroes at matching stars give a much better skill than one star hero and two weak ones.
For which hull suits which damage type, see our best ship setups.
For spenders and Gang leaders
- Hymn Conches now have two jobs. Hero banners and blueprint draws use the same Conches. Decide each month which one gets them.
- Only start a draw you can finish. The guarantee lands at 80 draws. Stopping at 50 spends the Conches without reaching the guarantee.
- Plan around one Order. Blessings cost Coins and materials every time. Spreading them over many flags is the slowest path.
- Tell double-Cutthroat players. Since one Order fits one ship, players who run two Cutthroat ships should rethink the second one.
Note: these rules come from one detailed guide written after Patch 560 (Treyex Gaming, September 2025). We found no second written source for the numbers, so check the in-game info panel before a big draw.
