For Sea of Conquest players whose server is about to change season, and Gang leaders planning the move. Checked October 2026.
Short answer: Every Sea of Conquest server starts in Season 1 on its home sea. After that, seasons are cross-server: you sail through blue portals to shared seas, and your home server stays the same. Season 2 adds new heroes, ships and ship building. AllClash reports Season 3 is now skipped, so servers go from Season 2 to Season Ss.

Season changes are where accounts pull ahead or fall behind. Some items are only sold at the start of a season, and new heroes arrive in a fixed order. Here is how the seasons fit together and what to prepare.
How seasons work
New accounts start on a recently opened server with players at the same stage. That server is your home sea. After Season 1 ends, seasons become cross-server: you travel through blue portals to new seas and meet players and Gangs from other servers. You always return to your home sea when you leave the seasonal waters (AppGamer).
In Season 2 you usually share the waters with 2 or 3 other servers. Later seasons add more, but always a limited group of servers close to yours.
The season ladder
| Stage | What changes | Heroes AllClash files here |
|---|---|---|
| Season 1 | Home sea only. Build the Flagship and one damage ship | Ophelia, Bones, Griffin, Letitia Miller, Ricky |
| Season 2 | Cross-server seas, ship building, more blueprints | Adeline, Tanaka, Ember Volcano, Hamar Tornquist, Titus Slade |
| Season Ss | Replaces the old Season 3, which servers now skip | Rikiishi Yuji, Skorn, Kartal, Sahra, Wanda, Umar, Obi, Chizuru, Crow, Rinfuu, Gideon, Onimusha |
| Season of Conquest | Heroes release by Script, in an order your server chooses | Toothsome Tom, Fung, Tien, Semekh, Laila, Iskander, Anjelica Navarro, Elizabeth Sheen, Mihai Popescu and more |

Season 2: what arrives
mobi.gg lists the Season 2 additions:
- Heroes Tanaka and Adeline, from Conches. Tanaka deals Blaze damage, Adeline deals Drowning damage.
- The Stormbringer ship, built for Blaze and Drowning skills.
- Ship building, seasonal specialisations and Gang raids.
- Two artifacts: a hook that locks onto an enemy fleet for a fast dash, and a shield that freezes HP when life runs low.
- Trinkets from Conches, plus new shop items, recipes and drinks.
The detail that matters most for spenders: the Stormbringer can be bought at the very start of Season 2, and after that it is no longer sold. The other way is crafting it from components. AllClash lists it as a hull for both Blaze and Drowning ships.
Season Ss and the old named seasons
In 2024 Sea of Conquest ran named updates: Waka Waters (February, heroes Obi and Wanda, the Grand Line Gang islands), Samurai Seas (April, Chizuru and Obi, Hero Dispatch) and Season 5 Sirocco Seas (June 18 2024, Sahra and Kartal, per the FunPlus release). Those heroes now sit in AllClash's Season Ss group, and AllClash says servers now go straight from Season 2 to Season Ss.
Season of Conquest
In Season of Conquest, heroes release by Script, and the order depends on what your server chooses (AllClash). Two servers in the same season can see different heroes at the same time. Ask in your server chat which Script is next before you save for a name you saw in a video.
Older servers keep going. Creators post server-war videos labelled Season 16 and Season 17, so the season count on a long-running server can be much higher than on yours.
What to do before a season change
- Finish your current ships. AllClash advises one damage ship in Season 1 and adding ships one at a time from Season 2. See our best ship setups.
- Save for start-of-season items. The Stormbringer offer only appears at the very start of Season 2.
- Keep Conches for the new heroes. Season heroes like Tanaka and Adeline come from Conches.
- Settle your server. Server transfers only open during cross-server seasons. Our server transfer guide has the rules and costs.
- Stock supplies. New seas mean long trips. Keep the Galley cooking, as our beginner guide explains.
For spenders and Gang leaders
- Budget for day one. Some season offers, like the Stormbringer, only show at the start. Have Diamonds ready before the season flips.
- Brief the Gang on the new map. Cross-server seas mean new rivals. Agree targets and a rally plan before the portals open.
- Use the transfer window to recruit. Players from servers in your season group can move to yours. A strong recruit before a season can decide the next one.
- Agree on the Script. In Season of Conquest your server's choice decides which heroes arrive first. Talk to the other leaders on your server early.
