Sea of Conquest Kenshiro and Mamiya Guide (October 2026): Fist of the North Star Heroes

For Sea of Conquest players deciding whether the crossover heroes deserve their Conches, and Gang leaders planning who builds what. Checked October 2026.

Short answer: Kenshiro and Mamiya arrived with the Fist of the North Star crossover in August 2026. Both are limited heroes and a return is not confirmed. Kenshiro is a tanky Flagship hero. Mamiya is a Cutthroat damage hero. Pick by your gap: a Flagship that sinks first needs Kenshiro, a fleet that cannot burst one target needs Mamiya.

The trailer for the crossover passed 400,000 views on the official channel. So the questions are everywhere: who are these two, are they worth it, and what if you missed them? Here is what we could verify, and how to decide.

What the crossover was

FunPlus premiered the Sea of Conquest x Fist of the North Star: Hokuto no Ken trailer on August 3 2026. It named two heroes, Kenshiro and Mamiya, and said players on servers open for 7 days or more could take part during the collaboration period.

AllClash files both under limited heroes: you can only get and build them through their event window, and how or if they come back is not confirmed. The same group holds Kalomira, Jim Hawkins, Long John Silver, B. Jenet, Mai Shiranui and Vantanos.

Kenshiro: the Flagship wall

Kenshiro is built to take hits. AllClash picks Bandage and Golden Rudder as his trinkets because both add armor and periodic damage reduction. His job is to keep your Flagship alive long enough for the damage ships to work.

His best partners all stack more protection:

• Chien: damage reduction for every ship, so the whole crew is harder to break.
• Old Ahab: the strongest pure shielding, which pairs with Kenshiro's damage reduction.
• Rikiishi Yuji and Callahan Durrach: more shields on the frontline.
• Elizabeth Sheen and Tigrand: healing and less enemy damage for long fights.
• Obi, Magnus, Armstrong, Cordelia: fine fill-ins if you lack the top picks.

Mamiya: the one-target burst

Mamiya deals Cutthroat damage, the type that deletes one target: a tanky enemy Flagship or a sea monster. Her trinkets, Yo-Yo and Judgmental Blade, both boost Cutthroat damage and Attack.

AllClash puts her on a dedicated Cutthroat ship. The top hulls for that ship are Black Wraith, then Warhammer and Black Raven. Her best partners are Euryale and Fifi, then Alonso (who also blocks healing) and Semekh. Onimusha, Kartal, Bones, Skorn, Luna and Margaret are workable fill-ins.

One number matters before you commit: AllClash marks 6 stars as the minimum to use Mamiya, because that is where her full kit unlocks. A 3-star Mamiya is a half-built hero. Budget for 6 stars or skip her. Skill upgrades after that cost Pipes, so follow a skill order instead of levelling everything.

Which one should you build?

1. Your Flagship sinks first in most fights? Kenshiro. Every ship behind him lives longer.
2. Your fleet stalls on one tanky target or sea monsters? Mamiya, on a Cutthroat ship.
3. Both problems, one budget? Fix the Flagship first. Damage ships do nothing once the Flagship is gone.
4. Already spread across many heroes? Neither, until your main ships are finished. See our best ship setups for the crew order on each ship.

If you missed the crossover

You cannot get either hero right now, and AllClash says a return is not confirmed. Do not chase a rerun that may never come. Build the regular heroes that fill the same jobs: Old Ahab, Umar, Obi and Elizabeth Sheen on the Flagship, or Bones, Onimusha and Kartal on a Cutthroat ship. If a rerun is announced, the rule from the first run still applies: servers had to be open 7 days or more. Players on a brand new server should not count on it.

For spenders and Gang leaders

• Save before a crossover lands. Limited heroes reward the players who arrive with Conches ready. Our Echo and Hymn Conch guide covers where they come from.
• Commit to 6 stars or nothing. A half-built limited hero is the easiest way to waste a crossover.
• Split the heroes across the Gang. Two or three tanky Flagships and two or three strong Cutthroat ships cover more fights than ten copies of one plan.
• Tell your Gang early. The trailer went up before the event. Post the date in Gang chat the day a crossover is teased, so nobody spends their Conches the week before.
