You can buy it there with your Apple or Google account, or through Packsify: load credits in your own currency, pick the amount, and we buy it through the official Apple or Google store. 10,000 Seven Seas Star is 10,000 credits, and you usually get 10 to 30% more pack value for the same budget, depending on your currency and how you pay. The minimum cart is 500 credits.
