How to Use the Packsify App

To use the Packsify app, you sign up, add credits in your own currency, pick your game and the packs you want, and submit the order. The team then buys those packs for you through the official App Store or Google Play, and you can follow every step in the app.

This guide goes through each step, from setting up your account to what happens after you submit, plus two things to check before your first order.

How to get the Packsify app

How you start depends on your device:

• On Android: Download the app from Google Play and create your account in the app.
• On iPhone or computer: Open the web app in your browser. On iPhone you can save it to your home screen so it opens like an app. Here is how to set that up.

Your account is the same on every device: One login, one credit balance and one order history. You can start an order on your phone and check it later on your computer.

How to add credits

Credits are what you use to pay for packs in the app, so you add them before your first order. Go to the Buy Credits screen. Each bundle shows the in-game value next to the Packsify price, in your currency, so you see the difference before you pay.

Packsify usually gives 10 to 30% more pack value for the same budget. The exact number depends on your currency, the in-game price, processing fees and how you pay.

You can add credits as you go, or add them before a big event so your orders are ready when timing matters. Alliance leaders who plan around KvK often do the second.

The minimum cart is 500 credits. Revolut and USDT/USDC have no processing fee. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer show their processing fee before you pay.

How to place an order

Once you have credits, the order steps depend on what your game sells. Some games sell specific packs, like a starter pack or a hero bundle. Others only sell premium currency, like gems or diamonds, that you spend in the game yourself.

If your game sells packs

1. Choose your game from the game list in the app. Not sure your game is there? Here is how to check.
2. Take a screenshot of the pack you want in your game. The screenshot shows the team exactly which pack to buy.
3. Upload the screenshot in the order screen.
4. Check and submit. Look over the order and the credit cost, then submit.

If your game sells currency only

1. Choose your game from the game list.
2. Choose the amount of in-game currency you want. The app shows the credit cost before you confirm.
3. Check and submit. The team buys the currency through the official store, and you spend it in the game on whatever you want.

What happens after you submit

Your order moves through a few stages, and the order tracker in the app shows where it is at any time. The team completes the purchase you picked through the official App Store or Google Play, and nothing else.

What to check before your first order

Your login method. Google and Facebook binds work well. Apple ID, Google Play Games, Game Center and guest accounts don't, and Face ID, fingerprint or passkeys need to be turned off during the order. The full list, with fixes for common issues, is in the Packsify login methods guide.

Your 2FA device. If your account uses two-factor authentication, keep that device close so you can share a code while your order is being processed. During a live event, place the order when you know you'll be around.
