Before your order can move, one thing has to work cleanly: the login. It's where most first-order friction comes from. Wrong bind method, a 2FA setup that blocks access mid-order, or a method that isn't compatible at all.
This covers what works, what to confirm before you submit, and how to fix the issues that actually delay orders.
Most 4X titles let you bind your account to one or more login providers. Not all of them are compatible with how Packsify orders work.
Google (Gmail): Supported. The most common method across most titles. Works with standard Google login and 2FA. Make sure you're using a Gmail address, not a Google Workspace alias.
Facebook: Supported. Standard Facebook login with password plus any 2FA you have set up. If you use login approval notifications or an authenticator app, you need to be reachable during the order.
Email bind (game-dependent): Supported in titles that use their own email-based login separate from Google. Used in games like Last War and Last Z. You need reliable access to that inbox while the order processes.
FunPlus (State of Survival, Sea of Conquest): Supported. Requires a verification code sent to your phone or email. You'll need to be available to share it.
HIVE (Summoners War): Supported. Simple 6-digit code flow. Fast.
IM30 (Last Fortress): Supported.
Apple ID: Not supported. Apple's authentication is device-bound and can't be used from a separate device. If your account is Apple-only, add a Google or Facebook bind through your game's account settings before placing an order.
Google Play Games: Not supported. Links to a device profile, not a backend identity. Add a Gmail or Facebook bind instead.
Game Center (iOS): Not supported for the same reason. Device-bound only.
Biometric login (Face ID / Fingerprint): Not supported. If you have Face ID or fingerprint active as a shortcut for your Google or Facebook login, the operator hits a wall. Biometrics unlock your phone. They don't generate the authentication token the game server needs. Disable it before your order and use your password instead.
Passkeys and security keys: Not supported. If you have a passkey or a physical security key on your Google account, it needs to be disabled for the duration of the order.
Guest accounts: Not compatible. A guest account lives only on your device. No external credentials exist to share. Bind your account to Google or Facebook through in-game settings first. If the app is deleted or the device is lost before you bind, that progress is gone.
2FA is good account security. It's also the most common reason orders pause. Here's how each type works and what you need on hand.
Google Prompt: A push notification sent to your trusted device asking you to confirm the login. Fastest option. Requires notifications enabled for Google on your phone and an active internet connection. If the prompt doesn't appear, check that you're signed into your Google account on the device.
Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy): Generates a 6-digit code every 30 seconds. Works offline. Codes expire fast, so be ready to share the current one quickly. The most common issue: device clock is slightly off, making codes invalid. Fix it in Settings → Date and Time → Set Automatically.
SMS code: Sent to your registered phone number. Works reliably most of the time. Carrier delays happen. If you're traveling or on a foreign SIM, have a backup method available.
Backup codes: Single-use codes generated in advance from your Google or Facebook security settings. Each one works once. If you've used them all or can't find them, generate a fresh set before placing an order.
Facebook login approval: An in-app notification asking you to approve the login. If it doesn't arrive as a push notification, open the Facebook app and check for the approval request there.
Have your 2FA device nearby before placing an order. If you're ordering during a live event, make sure you'll be reachable for the few minutes the operator is active on your account.
Wrong account loads: The operator finds a low-level account, a different server, or an unfamiliar nickname. Almost always a typo in the email or multiple accounts on the same device. Check the exact email your progress is linked to before submitting.
2FA code goes to a device you can't reach: Order pauses until you respond. If you're asleep or unavailable, it waits. Place time-sensitive orders when you know you'll be around.
Biometric login active: Face ID or fingerprint is blocking Google or Facebook login. Disable it before your order.
Guest account submitted: No credentials to share. Bind to Google or Facebook in-game first.
Apple ID or Google Play Games submitted: Neither works. Add a Gmail or Facebook bind through Avatar → Settings → Account → Bind inside the game. Add the new bind first, then decide what to keep.
Authenticator code rejected: Usually a time sync issue. Enable automatic date and time on your device and try the next code cycle.
Password changed after order was submitted: Contact customer support to update before the order moves to processing.
If your game allows it, adding a second bind is a straightforward step worth taking. Path: Avatar → Settings → Account → Bind. If your account is bound to one login only and you ever lose access to it, the account goes with it. A second bind gives you a fallback and makes future orders simpler.
One important point: you can add a bind yourself but cannot remove one. Changing or removing a bind requires reaching out to the game's official support team. Add first, then assess.
