Short answer: In Last Beacon, build Noah first among the G1 heroes, then Dylan, Jessica and Karina. For G2, Colin comes first because his exclusive gear raises rally lethality, then Zoey and Warren. For G3, Kaito leads, then Marcello and Daisy. Colin, Zoey and Warren shards are also sold in the Oasis Shop for Oasis Coins.
"What heroes do what?" is the most asked question in the official Last Beacon Discord help forum. One player put it simply: guides on this game are hard to find. That is true. No guide site covers Last Beacon heroes yet.
This guide uses the hero development guide by player Paul in the official Discord. Other experienced guide writers there called it spot on. We add the Oasis Shop and the rally rules on top, and we keep to what the guides actually say.

G1: build Noah first
Noah is the safe first pick. The guide says he has the highest attack and HP of the four G1 heroes, and every one of his expedition skills raises damage or attack. If you have both Noah and Dylan, put your resources into Noah.
Karina sits last. She has more attack than Jessica but less HP, she has no clear stat edge, and one of her skills has nothing to do with combat. Players also report that the hero choice in Daily Deals only lets them pick Karina or Daisy, the two lowest heroes on this list. Read that before you buy a hero deal.
G2: Colin is the rally hero
Colin goes first in G2 because his exclusive gear raises army lethality during rallies. The guide calls that stat very rare. For any alliance that rallies, that matters more than a few points of raw power.
Warren is last for a simple reason: G1 already has two shield heroes, so a third adds less. Zoey sits in the middle.
G3: Kaito leads
Kaito's three skills are all about damage, with high trigger chance and strong effects. Marcello is second. Daisy is last because her skill trigger rate is too low.
Some players say they have no G3 heroes and cannot find them anywhere. That depends on your server and its events, so do not panic if they are not in your list yet.
The Oasis Shop: G2 heroes without paying
Guide writer Dee posted how to get the three G2 heroes for free on Oct 24 2026:
- Open the shop menu and tap the green star coin icon. That is the Oasis Shop, next to the Alliance Shop, Black Market and Skin Shop.
- It sells hero shards for Warren (Shielder), Colin (Ranger) and Zoey (Rider).
- Each shard costs 2,500 Oasis Coins.
- You can buy up to 3 shards of each hero per round, so up to 9 shards per round.
- Oasis Coins come from Oasis Wars. Bigger scores give extra coins.
Dee says the shop showed up around day 48 on her server. Some newer servers have only just had their first Oasis War, so it may take a while. She also says the heroes can come from other events for gems, but most players who get them fast pay for them. Her advice: save your Oasis Coins for the shards when they arrive.
Rally support: pick guaranteed skills
Hero choice changes in rallies. Only skills with a guaranteed effect work from the support slots. Skills that say "chance to" do not. Ernest is the best support healer because his skill gives all troops +25% HP with no roll. Our rally guide explains the full rule.
For spenders and alliance leaders
- Spend shards deep, not wide. One fully built Noah or Colin does more than five half-built heroes. Follow the order above and stop spreading.
- Check before you buy a hero deal. If the deal only offers Karina or Daisy, you are paying for the bottom of the list. A pack with general resources or speed-ups is often the better buy.
- Use Alliance Duel days. Hero Growth and Power Surge score hero star-ups. Open hero packs on those days. See our Alliance Duel guide.
- Leaders: ask for Ernest in support. If your rally joiners send heroes with guaranteed skills, every rally hits harder. Put Ernest and Noah in the alliance notes.
- Leaders: plan Oasis Coins. Tell members to bank coins for Colin first. A rally lethality bonus on more accounts is worth more to the alliance than a third shield hero.
