An Evony alliance leader's job comes down to four things: register the right players for BoC, set the SvS roster and teleports, plan around the Chalons leagues, and keep the alliance active. Per fan guides, R4 and R5 register up to 20 players for BoC and there are 40 teleports. Check your event screen.

This is a weekly checklist for running an Evony alliance. It pulls the leader jobs out of the event guides so you can post them to your officers.

We could not confirm the current October event calendar. Numbers below are marked "per fan guide", so check your in-game event screen before you act on them.

Your weekly rhythm

WhenLeader job
Start of the weekCheck the BoC time slot and the registration deadline. Post both in alliance chat.
Before registration closesPick and register the roster.
SvS week (every 2 weeks, per fan guide)Set the roster, the teleport plan and who takes temples.
After each eventThank the players who showed up. Ask what went wrong.

BoC registration

The onechilledgamer BoC guide says the alliance must be 15 or more days old and in the top 20 by power. Players need 3 or more days in the alliance and Keep level 15. R4 and R5 can register up to 20 players, and the guide gives the alliance 40 teleports.

The 20 are not a reward list. They are your best fighters for that slot. Choose by who can be online for two hours, who has the troops, and who follows calls. Our full Battle of Constantinople guide has the rules and points.

SvS roster and teleports

Per the SvS fan guide, you need Keep level 7 or higher to teleport and each war gives 4 Server Teleport items. A war lasts seven days, and the PvP phase opens Friday midnight server time for 48 hours. Read our SvS guide for the full table.

Tell members three things: when the war opens, where to teleport, and who they follow. Then check on Sunday that every teleporter has moved.

Chalons leagues

The fan guide lists Major as the top 256, Elite as 257 to 1,280 and Junior as 1,281 and below. Pocket Gamer's older Chalons guide agrees on three leagues. Set a league goal for the season and share it, so members know what the work is for. See Battle of Chalons T15 alliances for the league side and Chalons battlefield prep for the field plan.

Keep people active

  • Give every R4 one job with a name on it: roster, teleports, newcomers, scouting.
  • Post one clear message per event instead of ten short ones.
  • Hold a short debrief after BoC and SvS. What worked, what to change.
  • Welcome new members with a pinned message that lists the event times.

When a battle goes badly

You will lose some. What matters is what you do on the next day. Post the result, name what went well, and pick one thing to change. Do not name players who failed. Ask the officers privately what they saw.

Check the numbers too. If you lost because the roster was not online, fix the roster. If you lost because enemy troops were stronger, that is a longer plan, and it may involve packs. Do not jump to the pack answer first.

Newcomers and quiet members

A new member needs three things in the first week: the alliance rules, the event times, and one person to ask. Pair each newcomer with an R4. For members who go quiet, send one friendly message after a week and one more after two. If you hear nothing, make room for someone active.

Watch

RedEvony, a Packsify creator partner, has a video on the fighting side: Evony Attack Layering ADVANCED!. It is worth sharing with your officers before a big battle.

For spenders and alliance leaders

What to buy, or save, before the next event. Before you tell anyone to buy anything, answer three questions:

  • Which event is next, and how many players are registered?
  • Which players are in the roster and need troops, healing or speed?
  • What can they get free first? Gift codes and official events come before packs.

What to tell the alliance. Say it plainly: "BoC is on this slot, the roster is posted, if you want to prepare, here is what helps." Never name a number that someone should spend. Money talk goes better when members raise it first.

Timing. Packs help most before registration closes and before the prep minutes start. A pack bought after the battle began helps nobody in that battle.

Ask members to spend wisely, not more. Share our spending plan by budget and the is Evony pay to win post with new members. They explain what packs do before anyone clicks buy.

FAQ

What does an R4 or R5 do in Evony?
⌄
They run the alliance side of big events. Per the onechilledgamer fan guide, R4 and R5 register up to 20 players for the Battle of Constantinople. They also set the SvS roster, plan teleports, and keep members active. Check your event screen for current rules.
How do I get my alliance into a higher Chalons league?
⌄
Per the fan guide, Major is the top 256, Elite is 257 to 1,280 and Junior is 1,281 and below. Move up by keeping a strong roster, registering on time and fighting together. Read our Chalons posts for the prep side.
Should an Evony leader tell members to spend?
⌄
No. Tell them what a pack is for, when the next big event is, and that free rewards come first. Let members choose. A leader who pushes spending loses the alliance faster than a leader who asks for activity.
More Evony credits for the same budget.
Usually 10 to 30% more credits for the same budget. Same packs, bought for you through the official store. You see your exact price in your currency before you pay.
