Top Lords Hero Release Schedule by Server Day

New Top Lords heroes unlock as your kingdom gets older, so the schedule depends on your server's age, not the calendar. The official September 3, 2026 patch notes set Sanada Yukimura and Saladin at day 91 after the Kingdom opens. Community estimates, confirmed by players on live servers, put Alexander Nevsky and Yi Sun-sin around server day 8 and Hannibal Barca around day 15. New hero Attia arrived on October 30, 2026, details coming.

That makes hero arrivals one of the few things in Top Lords you can see coming. If you know a hero lands in a week, you can save shards and tickets now instead of scrambling on the day.

How hero release works in Top Lords

The recruitment pool in Top Lords grows with kingdom age. A new server starts with a smaller set of heroes, and more UR heroes join the pool as the server reaches certain days. Two players on servers of different ages can see different heroes in the Tavern on the same date.

Known Top Lords hero release days

Day 91 comes from the official patch notes: Sanada Yukimura and Saladin were added to the Recruitment Pool with the unlock condition "91 days after the Kingdom opens". The other days are estimates from players who tracked their own servers, and top players on live servers confirm they are broadly right. They can move by a few days from server to server, and the game can change the order with updates. We will add more heroes here as their days are confirmed.

New hero Attia arrived on October 30, 2026. Details are coming: we will add the faction, role and unlock day here once they are confirmed. Until then, keep a few spare shards and tickets.

How to find your server day

Count the days since your kingdom opened. If you joined late, ask in your alliance chat: someone always knows the opening date. Note it down once, because every hero arrival and many server events key off it.

How to plan for a new hero

• Hold recruitment tickets. Use them when the hero you want is in the pool, ideally on Hero Development day in Alliance Duel, when recruiting also scores points.
• Keep universal UR shards. They let you push a new hero's stars fast once they arrive.
• Grab free shards early. The Warrior Pass gives Sanada Yukimura shards for daily tasks, so you can start on him long before day 91. The paid Spending Giveback event has given Yi Sun-sin shards.
• Check where the hero fits. Saladin and Yi Sun-sin are Ranger damage dealers, so they slot in best next to Ranger tanks like Cleopatra or Alexander Nevsky.

What to do between hero arrivals

The gap between arrivals is when you build the heroes you already own. Push your main squad to its level cap, fill star requirements on your front row, and keep gear on the heroes who actually fight. When the next hero joins the pool, you want spare shards and tickets, not a half-built squad that needs everything at once.

It also helps to agree on plans with your alliance. If three members chase the same new hero on the same day, the alliance loses more than it gains. Spread who builds what across the squad roles your alliance needs for rallies and garrisons.

Is a new hero always worth it?

No. A new hero at low stars often loses to a hero you already built up. Before you move resources, test both in the same squad, with similar gear, against the same target. Our Top Lords tier list shows which heroes are worth building first.
