Short answer: Top Lords has 12 craftable gear pieces in three rarities: SR Guard's set, SSR Royal set and UR King's set, each with a weapon, armor, hand and boot piece. You craft in the Smithy, then enhance and promote. UR Gear Drafts are the main bottleneck, so buy them from the Honor Shop every month.
Gear crafting is one of the most watched Top Lords topics this month. It is also where many players waste materials, by crafting the wrong piece for the wrong hero.
Below is every craftable piece with its starting stats, then the steps and a plan.

Two things jump out. Each rarity step is a big jump: King's Sword starts with about four times the attack of the Royal Sword. And only the UR set adds All DMG Resist, which helps in every fight, not just PvE.
Craft, enhance, promote
- Craft the piece in the Smithy. Check the materials and price on the Smithy screen first.
- Enhance to raise its level. Enhancing uses Enhancement Ore and Gold.
- Promote for a bigger step. Promotion has its own material list.
Each step has a different cost. The Top Lords Intel gear calculator plans Enhancement Ore, Gold and promotion materials, but its totals do not include the first craft.
Where gear materials come from
Falcon OP's shop priority video calls UR Gear Drafts "the eternal bottleneck of gear crafting". His monthly plan:
- Honor Shop: UR Gear Drafts first, every month. Honor Points come from Capital Siege milestones, so showing up on siege weekends pays your gear.
- MR Gear Drafts (limited to two) for accounts at the mythic stage.
- Gem Store: SSR and UR items from the marked-down rows when your main heroes need them for the gear pipeline.

A gear plan that does not waste materials
- Pick your main squad first. Our tier list helps.
- Match pieces to jobs. Attack pieces (sword, bracers) on damage dealers. HP and defense pieces (armor, greaves) on front-line heroes. An attack stat on a support hero is rarely the best use.
- Finish one piece before starting the next. Compare items at the same enhancement and promotion level.
- Move from SR to SSR to UR as materials allow. Do not over-enhance SR gear you will replace soon.
Common gear mistakes
- Crafting a UR piece for a hero you will bench next month.
- Spreading Enhancement Ore over many pieces instead of finishing one.
- Putting attack gear on a support or tank hero because the number looks big.
- Skipping Capital Siege, which means no Honor Points and no UR Gear Drafts.
For spenders and alliance leaders
Spenders: gear is where packs turn into real fight strength. Before you buy, know which piece and which hero the materials are for. A pack that fills your UR Gear Draft gap is worth more than a bigger pack of things you already have.
Leaders: Honor Points come from Capital Siege, so full siege turnout means better gear across the alliance. Tell members that every siege weekend is a gear payday. See our Capital Siege guide.
