Last Z: Survival Shooter now posts State mergers and State migrations as two separate announcement tracks. Mergers fold small States together. Migration lets players move between States, with a fixed number of slots per rank.

Both change who you fight in SvS, State Ruler and Canyon Clash. Here is every date announced so far, what the rules say, and how to prepare your alliance.

Announced State mergers

Each merger announcement names one bracket, a date and the exact States in scope. States in the bracket that are not named do not merge.

S481 to S512October 27, 20268October 16
S513 to S544November 3, 20268October 23

What the official notice says about every merger:

  • All character data is kept.
  • If you have characters in several States, you can still log in to each of them after the merge.
  • Some event progress might reset or not carry over. Check the in-game notice after the merge.
  • Later merges go in stages, based on how stable each State is and its data. There is no full calendar.

How State migration works

Migration results come out bracket by bracket, about two to five weeks before the migration event opens. Last Z says the result is a data-driven evaluation, mainly based on:

  • the overall Power of all survivors in the State,
  • the strength of survivors with Elite and Advanced migration ranks,
  • data from large battles such as State Ruler.

Each State then gets a label, Regular or Exclusive, and a set of migration slots per rank.

The slot numbers come from the October 2026 results. On September 18 Last Z corrected two States that were wrongly labelled Exclusive and confirmed the rule: a State is never Exclusive twice in a row.

The S65 to S128 delay

On October 26 Last Z apologised for changes to the S65 to S128 migration and said the team is still confirming the real schedule. A new announcement will follow. Until then, treat any date you hear in chat as a rumour.

How to read your result

  • Regular State with an Elite slot: one top account can come in. Know who is shopping your State before the window opens.
  • Exclusive State: no Elite slot and fewer Advanced slots. Your State is protected from the very top movers this round, but expect the label to flip next time.
  • Medium and Basic slots: 100 slots in total. This is where most alliance recruiting and most poaching happens.

For spenders and alliance leaders

  • Lock your core before the window. Ask members who plan to move to tell you now. Losing a rally lead in week one of a new SvS hurts more than any one recruit helps.
  • Recruit for the slots you actually have. In a Regular State you can bring in one Elite and five Advanced accounts. Talk to them before the window opens, not on day one.
  • Hold big spend until after a merger. The notice says some event progress may reset. Load credits ahead, but buy event packs once the merged State is live and the event is running again.
  • Plan the first SvS together. Merged States meet new rivals. Our SvS preparation guide has a prep checklist, and the alliance leader page explains how leaders work with Packsify.
