Updated October 2026
Short answer: Based on community guides, Last Z SvS runs every two weeks with four servers, with prep Sunday to Friday and Capital Clash on Saturday. Check the event screen in game for your server. Prepare by saving speed-ups and resources for the prep days, finishing troop and hero upgrades before Saturday, and having your Gold Bars ready before prep starts, not during Capital Clash.
Below you get the SvS schedule, how Canyon Clash and State Ruler fit around it, what to buy before the war and a checklist you can share with your alliance.
How does Last Z SvS work?
Last Z has not posted an official SvS schedule. Based on community SvS guides from 2026, SvS runs every two weeks and puts four servers against each other. Every number in the table below comes from those guides, not from Last Z, so check the event screen in game for your server.
| Phase | When (community guides) | What matters (community guides) |
|---|---|---|
| Prep days | Sunday to Friday | Each day scores different actions. Your points fill personal chests, up to 9 chests at 2.25 million points, per community guides |
| Capital Clash | Saturday | The fight for the enemy capital. Troops, heroes, healing and timing decide it |
| Rewards | After the war | Valor Medals. Community guides say 45,000 of them buy orange gear in the Black Market |
The big idea: most of your SvS result is decided before Saturday. Prep points come from things you saved up, and Capital Clash is won with troops and heroes you already built. Our Capital Clash guide covers the Saturday fight and all 9 boxes in detail.
How do Canyon Clash and State Ruler fit around SvS?
- Canyon Clash is a separate alliance war with its own schedule. It runs on the same troops and heroes, so a hard Canyon Clash right before SvS can leave you healing on prep day. Plan both in one calendar. See our Canyon Clash strategy guide.
- State Ruler is about holding the capital of your state and the buffs that come with it. The September 17 update added Commander's Descent, a State Ruler weapon, which makes the capital fight matter even more. See our State Ruler guide.
What should you buy before SvS?
| What | When to get it | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Gold Bars | Before prep starts (Sunday, per community guides) | So you can buy the right pack on the right prep day without rushing |
| Speed-ups and resources | Save them during the quiet week | They score most when used on the prep day that counts them |
| Troop and hero upgrades | Finish before Saturday | Upgrades still in progress do nothing in Capital Clash |
| Healing and shields | Before Saturday | You will need them during and after Capital Clash |
| Event packs | Only on the prep day they help | A pack that scores on the wrong day is wasted points |
SWADE TOOB tested SvS deals on video in October. The general rule from that kind of testing: buy for the day you score on, and skip packs that only look big.
SvS prep checklist
- Check the SvS schedule and your matchup on the event screen in game.
- Stop using speed-ups the week before. Stack them.
- Load Gold Bars before Sunday.
- Match each prep day to what you saved for it.
- Finish troop training and hero upgrades by Friday.
- Stock healing and shields for Saturday.
- Agree on rally leads, timing and who holds what with your alliance.
- After the war, spend Valor Medals on the gear you need most.
Tips for alliance leaders
- Share one calendar. SvS, Canyon Clash and State Ruler on one page stops members from burning troops at the wrong time.
- Name your top scorers. A few strong players on each prep day fill more chests than everyone doing a bit.
- Plan spend as a group. If your big spenders buy before prep, not during Capital Clash, the whole alliance fights at full strength.
- Review after each war. Note which prep days missed chests and what went wrong on Saturday, then fix it before the next SvS.
Where Packsify fits
SvS comes around often (every two weeks, based on community guides), so the Gold Bars you buy for it are a steady part of your spend. Packsify buys them for you through the official Apple App Store or Google Play, at 10% under the in-game price at standard credit packs and up to about 13% at the largest credit pack. Three things stack before every war:
- Deposit ahead in a bigger credit pack. A lower rate per credit for every SvS that month.
- Pay with Revolut or USDT/USDC. No fee. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay add a fee at checkout.
- Have credits ready before Sunday. Then each prep day pack is one tap away.
