For Dark War Survival players whose pack, Dawn Badges or event rewards did not show up after paying. Checked October 31, 2026.
Short answer: If a Dark War Survival pack or Dawn Badge purchase did not arrive, restart the game and check your in-game mail first. Then contact in-game support from the loading screen or Profile > Settings > Support, with your player ID and order number. Avoid chargebacks: the official FAQ says refunds and chargebacks can get an account suspended.

Missing purchases come up often in the official Dark War Survival Discord, especially around big events. In late October 2026 players reported missing Pumpkin badges after buying event packs, and checkout errors on the Dawn Badge web store. Most cases get fixed through support. A few get worse because the player went to the bank first.
First checks (five minutes)
- Restart the game. A purchase made during a lag spike sometimes only shows after a fresh login.
- Check your in-game mail. Some rewards arrive by mail, not straight into your bag.
- Check you are on the right account and server. If you play more than one character, make sure you bought on the one you are looking at.
- Confirm you were charged. On iPhone, check your purchase history in the App Store. On Android, check the Order history in Google Play. If there is no charge, the purchase did not go through and nothing is missing.
Contact in-game support
Per the official FAQ in the Dark War Survival Discord, the GM chat is on the loading screen, or in game under Profile > Settings > Support. Transactions are handled there. Discord moderators send staff matters to modmail and point payment problems to in-game support, so do not post your order details in public channels.
Send everything in your first message. It saves a round of replies:
- Your player ID. You can copy it from Profile > Settings, the same ID the official gift code page asks for.
- Your server number.
- The pack name and price, and the date and time you bought it.
- The order number. Apple puts it on the receipt email. Google Play shows it in Order history.
- A screenshot of the receipt, and of the bag or event screen showing what is missing.
Bought on the official web store
Dark War Survival runs an official Dawn Badge web store, and its Discord advertises extra Dawn Badges there. A web store purchase is not an App Store or Google Play purchase, so Apple and Google cannot help with it. Keep the web store receipt and go to in-game support with it.
In late October 2026 players also reported "system error" messages at web store checkout and pack prices on the site moving while in-game prices stayed the same. If you see a checkout error, check whether you were charged before you try again, so you do not pay twice.
Event rewards missing after a pack
Event packs often add event currency on top of the main items, like the Pumpkin badges during Nightmare Carnival. If the pack arrived but the event currency did not, read the event rules first. Some events only count certain packs or certain days. If the rules say it should count, send support the same details as above plus a screenshot of the event screen.
Event items usually expire soon after the event ends, so report it while the event is still running.
Refunds and chargebacks: read this first
Apple and Google both let you request a refund for an in-app purchase, through Apple's report-a-problem page or Google Play's refund request. That is a normal store process.
The risk is on the game side. The official Dark War Survival FAQ has a section on suspended accounts and says suspensions caused by refunds or chargebacks go through support. A bank chargeback is the worst option: it can lock an account you have spent on for months, and you still have to go through support to get it back.
So the order is: in-game support first, store refund only if support cannot fix it, and a bank chargeback never as a first step.
If your account was suspended after a refund
Contact support through the in-game route if you can log in, or through the official Discord modmail if you cannot. Explain what was refunded and when.
For spenders and alliance leaders
- Keep every receipt for $99.99 packs. The order number on the Apple or Google receipt is what support asks for first. Save the email in a folder.
- Do not buy event packs in the last hour. During milestone events like Recharge Mania, buy early enough that a missing delivery can be fixed before the event closes. See our October 2026 update notes for current events.
- One retry, not three. After a checkout error, check your order history before paying again.
- Leaders: pin the support route (loading screen or Profile > Settings > Support) in alliance chat before big events, so members do not go to their bank first. See the alliance leader page.
