For Dark War Survival players and alliance leaders who want to know which events to save for, and what to save. Checked October 2026.
Short answer: The Dark War Survival events that matter most are Alliance Duel (six days, a new activity scores each day), hero events like Lucky Chest and Goodie Bazaar, point events like Wasteland King and Alliance Challenges, and the big wars: State of Supremacy and Black Gold Battlefield. Save speed-ups and Rubies for the event that scores them.

Events give most of the big rewards in Dark War Survival. The same speed-up gives you one thing on a quiet day and two inside the event that scores it. That is why timing beats raw spending.
Below is each recurring event, what it scores, and what to hold. We do not give a dated calendar, because start days differ by server.
Recurring events at a glance
| Event | What it is | What to save |
|---|---|---|
| Alliance Duel | Six days against a matched alliance, a new activity scores each day | Speed-ups, recruit tickets, skill books, training materials |
| Lucky Chest | Hero event with spins for hero shards | Rubies |
| Goodie Bazaar | Hero event where event currency buys shards for event heroes like Tristan and Margaret | Rubies |
| Wasteland King | Point event that rewards speed-up use with skins and permanent buffs | Construction and training speed-ups |
| Alliance Challenges | Point event for alliance competition | Speed-ups |
| Kill events | Players can attack shelters for points | Shields, healing, teleporters |
| State of Supremacy | State vs state, Monday to Saturday | Troops, healing, rally speed-ups for Saturday |
| Black Gold Battlefield | Alliance vs alliance on a separate map | Healthy troops, registration on time |
Wasteland King and Alliance Challenges come from BlueStacks. The rest is covered in our own event guides linked below.
Alliance Duel
The weekly backbone. Each day scores one kind of action, like construction, research, heroes, training, gathering or kills. A speed-up used on the wrong day scores nothing. Leaders post the plan before day one. Full guide: Alliance Duel strategy.
Hero events: Lucky Chest and Goodie Bazaar
This is where top heroes come from. Free event currency rarely finishes a hero on its own. Decide before the event which hero you want, check that it fits your faction, and have your Rubies ready on day one. See the hero tier list and the new how to get heroes guide.
Point events: Wasteland King and Alliance Challenges
Both reward heavy speed-up use with skins and permanent buffs. One warning from BlueStacks: early on, do not hoard for them. Put early speed-ups into the Watchtower, Radar and troop camps first. Hoarding pays once your account is past the early rush.
Kill events
Enemy players can attack shelters for points. Shield early, before you are under attack. Keep a teleporter ready in case the alliance asks everyone to move. If you are not fighting, keep troops healed and stay inside your shield.
The big wars
State of Supremacy runs Monday to Saturday. The weekday scoring decides which state gets invasion rights, and Saturday is the Capital Clash. Full guide: State of Supremacy strategy.
Black Gold Battlefield puts two alliances on a separate map to capture buildings and score points. Coordination beats raw power here more than anywhere else. Full guide: Black Gold Battlefield.
Shop events that count twice
Allied Power and Full Preparedness score purchases while they run. Make the weekly shop buys that qualify inside the window. See the weekly shop guide.
A weekly rhythm that works
Our own planning habit, not a game rule:
- Sunday: read the event screen for the week and post it in alliance chat.
- Before Duel day one: sort your inventory into what scores on which day.
- Before a hero event: decide the target hero and check your Ruby balance.
- Before war days: heal troops, check shields, and confirm who leads rallies.
- After each event: note what you ran out of, so you hold more next time.
Most players lose value by spending items the day they get them. A week of holding usually beats a week of spending.
Keep a short note in your phone of what each event asked for last time. Events repeat, and the note is your best plan for the next one.
For spenders and alliance leaders
- Budget by event, not by day. Set aside money for the hero event you want and for Duel week. Top up before the window opens.
- One hero event at a time. Half a hero is worth nothing in a rally. Fund one event fully before the next.
- Leaders: post the week of events every Sunday. Members who know what is coming hold the right items. The alliance leader guide has a weekly routine.
