For Dark War Survival R5s and R4s who want an alliance that wins Duel weeks without the leader doing everything alone. Checked October 2026.
Short answer: A good Dark War Survival alliance leader does four things every week: posts the Alliance Duel plan before day one, keeps members donating to Alliance Tech and tapping Help, runs rallies only on targets the alliance can win, and moves the alliance into one tight cluster on the map. Officers handle recruiting and events.

Leading an alliance is a weekly job, not a daily one, if you set it up right. The alliances that keep winning run on a routine and a few trusted officers.
Below: what the alliance gives members, the weekly routine, roles, rallies, map position and events. For how Packsify works with leaders, see our alliance leader program.
What your alliance gives members
Sell these to recruits. They are the reason to join and stay (BlueStacks alliance guide).
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Alliance Tech | Shared upgrades to research speed, construction and troop attack. Funded by daily donations |
| Alliance Help | Members cut each other's build and research timers, as often as they tap it |
| Reinforcements | Members send troops to protect a base under attack |
| Alliance Currency and Store | Comes from donations, events and taking part. Buys speed-ups, teleporters and resource packs |
| Alliance buildings | Territory and buffs for members. Members can teleport near them |
New members also get premium currency and resources when they join (Pocket Gamer).
The weekly routine
This is our own routine, built from what we see winning alliances do.
- Before Duel day one: post the day order from the event screen and what to hold for each day. See the Alliance Duel guide.
- Every evening: one short reminder of what scores tomorrow.
- Midweek: check Alliance Tech donations and who has gone quiet.
- Before big events: confirm who leads rallies, who registers, and who shields.
- Weekend: recruit, clear the Alliance Store, and plan next week.
Officers and roles
BlueStacks advises leaders to appoint officers for recruiting, territory, event planning and member engagement. Do not run it all yourself. Four clear jobs:
- Recruiter: finds new players, sends them the beginner guide and the codes list.
- War lead: runs rallies and registers for Black Gold Battlefield and State of Supremacy.
- Duel lead: posts the Duel plan and the evening reminders.
- Diplomat: handles treaties and ceasefires with other alliances, which BlueStacks notes are possible.
Rallies
- Ask members to turn on auto-join for alliance rallies before they log off.
- Start rallies only on targets the alliance can beat. Failed rallies cost troops and healing for everyone.
- Boomer rallies usually pay more than regular zombies once the alliance can clear them.
- The rally leader sets the heroes for the whole rally. Put your best formation in front. See the formation guide.
Map position
Keep the alliance in one tight area. Bases close together are harder to raid, and teleporting near alliance buildings helps farming, defense and PvP. When the alliance has to move, move together and give a time.
Keeping members active
- Clear plans keep people playing. Confusion makes them quit.
- Thank top Duel scorers in chat by name.
- Move inactive members out before big events so active players get the spots.
- Use an outside chat app, like Discord, for plans that would get lost in game chat.
Recruiting that works
- Recruit on new servers in the first days, when players pick an alliance and stay with it.
- Tell recruits what they get: Help on every timer, shared Alliance Tech, protection, and a clear plan each week.
- Ask for one thing in return: tap Help, donate to Tech, and play Duel days.
- Send every recruit the beginner guide on day one.
BlueStacks notes that creating an alliance needs certain building levels and a resource cost, and that loyal members can get promotion and store access over time. Use promotion as a reward for steady Duel play, not for raw power.
Mistakes that cost alliances
- Plans posted after day one has started.
- Rallies on targets nobody checked.
- Members spread across the map.
- One leader doing every job until they burn out.
For spenders and alliance leaders
- Fund the rally leaders. The heroes of the rally leader decide most rallies. If your alliance has a few spenders, their accounts should lead.
- Plan top-ups around the calendar. Tell spenders the Duel and event dates early, so they top up before the window. The top-up guide covers timing.
- Work with us: our alliance leader program explains how leaders and their members work with Packsify.
