Top Lords Royal Titles changed with version 1.0.41 on October 21, 2026. The King can now issue Kingdom Laws, use five weekly King Skills, send Royal Awards, punish or pardon Lords and tax Lords who are not in his alliance. All of it runs on Kingdom Funds, which come from City tax and City Tasks.

What can the King do now?
- Teleport for free inside the Kingdom. No Advanced Teleport item is used when the King moves inside the Kingdom's territory.
- Issue Kingdom Laws (see below).
- Use King Skills, paid with Kingdom Funds.
- Send Royal Awards to Lords.
- Tax Lords who are not in the King's alliance.
- Punish and pardon. The King or Chancellor can brand a Lord with a negative effect. There are seven brands: Pride, Envy, Wrath, Sloth, Greed, Glut and Lust. Since the October 28 patch the King can also pardon a punished Lord right away.
What can the Chancellor do?
The Chancellor keeps a title buff and, when the King gives authorization, can issue Kingdom Laws and use King Skills. A trusted Chancellor can cover the hours the King is offline.
How do Kingdom Laws work?
| Law | What it asks Lords not to do |
|---|---|
| Non-Aggression Law | Attack each other's Castles |
| Trade Protection Law | Plunder each other's Trade Wagons |
| Bounty Protection Law | Plunder each other's bounty tasks |
The key detail: laws are not hard blocks. A Lord can still attack or plunder. They get a warning first, and every violation is recorded. So a law is a public rule plus a record of who broke it. What happens next is up to the King, for example a brand.
The King can set who a law covers by Alliance Power Rankings and by Castle location. A law can be cancelled at any time. After it is cancelled or runs out, there is a 24-hour cooldown before the next one.
What are the King Skills?
Each skill costs Kingdom Funds and can be used once per week. They reset on Monday at 00:00 server time.
| King Skill | Effect | Best use |
|---|---|---|
| Royal Carriage | Pick a Lord to ride along and send out a carriage. Every 20 Likes it gets creates a Royal Carriage Chest that Lords can claim | A morale boost when most of the Kingdom is online |
| Royal Trade Wagons | The next four Wagons refreshed for each Lord become Royal Trade Wagons with better rewards | Pair it with a Trade Protection Law |
| Royal Resource Tiles | Resource tiles with faster gathering appear around the Capital | Gathering days. Since Oct 28 it also gives Alliance Duel points |
| War Mobilization | All Lords in the Kingdom get Training Speed +2.5% and Healing Speed +2.5% | Before a war week or a big fight day |
| Wanted | Pick a target Lord. For 5 minutes they cannot use a shield or actively teleport | A planned hit on a Lord who keeps breaking laws or attacking the Kingdom |
What are Royal Awards?
There are four: Soldier's, Knight's, Elite's and Marshal's Award. The King buys them with Kingdom Funds and sends them out. Each type costs a different amount, and each Lord can receive one Award per week.
Where do Kingdom Funds come from?
- City Lords or Knights collecting City tax, from a City of any level.
- Lords completing City Tasks. City Funds from tasks also add Kingdom Funds. City Funds themselves work the same as before.
So Funds grow when the Kingdom holds Cities and stays active. The 2,000,000 start will not last if the King fires every skill every week without a plan.
How should Kings, Chancellors and R4/R5 leaders use this?
For the King
- Time War Mobilization. The weekly reset is Monday 00:00 server time. Save War Mobilization for the week your Kingdom fights hardest, like a Kingdom Duel week, and fire it so it covers your heaviest training and healing. Check how long the buff lasts in game before you plan around it.
- Stack Royal Trade Wagons with the Trade Protection Law. Better wagons are only worth it if they arrive. Issue the law first, then use the skill, and tell the Kingdom in chat so everyone refreshes inside the window.
- Use Wanted rarely. Five minutes without shield or teleport is a strong punishment. Use it on a Lord with a record of violations, and have a rally ready before you press it.
- Tax with care. Taxing Lords outside your alliance brings in value, but it also makes the other alliances want your seat. Keep it light and give some back through Royal Awards.
- Keep a Funds budget. Write down what each skill and Award costs on your server, then plan the week. Awards are one per Lord per week, so spread them across the alliances you need on your side.
For the Chancellor
Agree with the King which laws and skills you may use, and when. A simple rule like "I cover laws and Wanted from 18:00 to 02:00 server time" avoids two people firing the same skill.
For R4 and R5 leaders not on the throne
- Read every new law the day it goes up. A recorded violation can cost your members later.
- Tell members to refresh wagons while a Royal Trade Wagons window is open.
- Bring your case to the King before a brand, not after. The Pardon button exists now.
- Join the titles-discussion channel on the official Top Lords Discord to see how other Kingdoms run it.

Where Packsify fits
A King's alliance usually has the players who spend most in war weeks. Packsify buys the Top Lords packs you pick through the official Apple App Store or Google Play, so your budget goes further on the packs you already buy. Read how to top up Top Lords for the step by step.
Running an alliance or a Kingdom?
When your members order through your alliance link, you get alliance rewards and can share them with your members. See the Alliance Dashboard.
