What it means: this is the newest top banner. Four SP heroes came in the same update, so check which of them fit your lineup before you pull.
Jul 15: Ii Naomasa
Pinnacle Hero Ii Naomasa, a Selection Limited Recruit event, four new Ukiyo-e and a community video contest.
What it means: two Pinnacle Heroes landed about two months apart (Jul 15 and Sep 22). Plan Koban for more than one top banner a season.
Jun 17: BASARA collaboration and 7.5th anniversary
A Sengoku BASARA collaboration event, the 7.5th anniversary celebration and five Renowned Heroes: Sanada Yukimura, Date Masamune, Ishida Mitsunari, Tokugawa Ieyasu and Katakura Kojuro. The game ran a BASARA collaboration in Jul 2024 with the same names, so collaborations come back.
What it means: half anniversaries land in June (6.5th in Jun 2025, 7.5th in Jun 2026) and full anniversaries in November (6th on Nov 28 2024, 7th on Nov 13 2025).
May 14: Spring Festival and Rashomon S15
The Spring Festival event, Rashomon season 15, Renowned Heroes SSR Sanada Nobushige and SSR Taigen Sessai, and four new Ukiyo-e.
What it means: Rashomon runs in numbered seasons. Clans that plan for the next season early get more out of it.
Feb 5: Otani Yoshitsugu and the Gyorin Formation
Pinnacle Hero Otani Yoshitsugu, returning limited SSR Honda Tadakatsu, Mori Nagayoshi, Mouri Motonari and Myokyu, the Gyorin Formation, and exclusive weapons for Honda Tadakatsu and Mori Nagayoshi.
What it means: a new formation can change which heroes work together. Check it before you pull a hero for an old lineup.

The 7th anniversary event, Unique Renowned Heroes Tomoe Gozen and Katou Kiyomasa, and the Renowned and Pinnacle Hero Rebirth features, which give older heroes another use after new ones arrive.
The pattern
Pinnacle Heroes in the last 18 months: Ashikaga Yoshiteru (Jun 2025), Sanada Masayuki (Aug 2025), Otani Yoshitsugu (Feb 2026), Ii Naomasa (Jul 2026) and Takenaka Hanbei (Sep 2026). Full anniversaries came on Nov 28 2024 and Nov 13 2025, so the 8th anniversary is likely around November 2026. The store notes do not confirm a date yet, so watch the in-game notices.
For spenders and alliance leaders
- Hold Koban for the 8th anniversary window. The last two full anniversaries landed in November. If the pattern holds, it is close, so check the in-game notices before you spend on a smaller banner.
- Buy the $99.99 Koban tier (6,500 Koban) if you plan a Pinnacle push. It gives about 47% more Koban per dollar than the $4.99 tier on the App Store list. See our Koban and Oban guide.
- Pick one of the two latest Pinnacle Heroes. Ii Naomasa (Jul 15) and Takenaka Hanbei (Sep 22) came close together. Decide which one your lineup needs instead of chasing both.
- Missed a limited hero? Older limited SSRs do return: Mouri Motonari and Myokyu came back in Sep 2024 and again in Feb 2026. Do not panic-buy at the end of a banner.
- Leaders: check the Gyorin Formation and the new exclusive weapons with your Dipl's main attackers before the next Rashomon season.
