• $49.99: 3,000 Koban or 300 Oban.
• $99.99: 6,500 Koban or 650 Oban, the best rate, about 47% more per dollar than $4.99.

Players report Koban buys Advanced Recruit Tokens, at 200 Koban for one and 950 for five. That comes from community guides, not the official listing.
