Last Z Alliance Shop Guide (October 2026): How It Works for R4s, R5s and Members

For Last Z R4s and R5s who run the Alliance Shop, and members who want to get more out of it. Checked October 31, 2026.

Short answer: The new Last Z Alliance Shop went live on August 31, 2026. Admins stock items with Alliance Points, members buy them, and most items have a weekly limit that resets Monday 00:00 Apocalypse Time. There is a free weekly Alliance Supply Chest, better items unlock with Alliance Gift level, and logs show every purchase.

Last Z: Survival Shooter replaced its old Alliance Shop with a new one in late August 2026. The update changed how items are stocked, what members can buy each week and what leaders can see.

Most alliances still treat it like the old shop. Here is how the new one works and how to run it well.

What changed in the new Alliance Shop

The new shop needs Version 722 or later and took effect at 00:00 on August 31, 2026 (Apocalypse Time).

What happened to the old stock

When the new shop launched, all stocked but unsold items from the old shop were cleared. The Alliance Points spent on them were refunded in full to the alliance, and the R5 got a system mail when the refund was done.

How leaders should run it

This part is our own advice, based on how the rules work.

1. Raise Alliance Gift level. The best items unlock with it. Check the Alliance Gift screen to see what raises it in your alliance and push members toward it.
2. Ask members to favorite what they need. Favorites tell you what to restock. It beats guessing in chat.
3. Restock on a fixed day. Pick a day before the Monday reset, so members can use their weekly limit in full.
4. Stock for the next big event. Before Alliance Duel or SvS weeks, put the items that score points or speed up growth at the top.
5. Check the logs weekly. Logs show who buys what. If a few accounts take everything, set a rule in alliance chat.

How members get the most out of it

• Claim the free Alliance Supply Chest every week.
• Use your weekly limits before Monday 00:00 Apocalypse Time.
• Favorite the items you want so admins see the demand.
• Compare with the other shops before you spend points. Our shop breakdown shows what is worth it.

Common Alliance Shop mistakes

• Restocking on Monday. Limits reset at 00:00 Monday Apocalypse Time. Stock that lands after members already spent their week sits unused.
• Ignoring the logs. The logs show both purchases and stocking. Use them to see which items run out first.
• Forgetting the free chest. The weekly Alliance Supply Chest is free. Remind members once a week.
• Stocking everything a little. Alliance Points are limited. Stock fewer items in larger amounts, up to 500 per restock, based on favorites.
• Not pushing Alliance Gift level. The best items stay locked until the alliance reaches the right Gift level.

One simple rule fixes most of these: one admin owns the shop, restocks on the same day each week, and posts what changed in alliance chat.

For spenders and alliance leaders

• Alliance Gift level is shared value. Higher Alliance Gift level unlocks better shop items for everyone. If a pack you were buying anyway also adds alliance gifts, it helps the whole alliance, so check the pack contents before you pick.
• Time it with Alliance Duel. Stock and buy the items you need before Duel days, so you are not waiting on a restock mid-event. Our Alliance Duel guide has the day plan.
