Short answer: The best value buys in Etheria: Restart are the $4.99 Monthly Supply Card, the $0.99 starter packs, and the $10.99 Premium Pass if you finish the pass track. The $15.49 Ultimate Pass adds little beyond the Premium Pass for its extra cost, according to a community spending guide. Read each pack screen before you buy.

Our view, pack by pack
Monthly Supply Card ($4.99): buy first
One community spending guide reports 300 Hydra Crystals right away and 100 a day for 30 days, plus a higher stamina cap and more Etheria Coins. That is about 3,300 Crystals for $4.99 if you log in daily. The catch is the same as every monthly card: miss days and you lose Crystals.
The $0.99 packs: buy once
Beginner Pack: Anima and the Level 10 Pack cost under a dollar each. The guide reports the Level 10 Pack gives 10 Anima Prototypes, a stamina potion and 100,000 Coins, and that the $0.99 beginner pack also triggers the first purchase pack. At this price they are easy yes buys for any account that will spend at all.
Premium Pass ($10.99): yes if you finish it
The guide lists Crystals, an SR or SSR ticket, Anima and Apex Prototypes, Lattices and Shadowprints on the paid track. It only pays off if you complete the track, so buy it early in the season.
Ultimate Pass ($15.49): only for the extras
The same guide says the Ultimate tier adds about 300 Crystals and cosmetics over the Premium Pass. Buy it only if you want those cosmetics, like the limited outfits this season.
Beginner Pack: Enhanced and Apex: one time boosts
The guide reports Enhanced gives Anima Prototypes, a random SR or SSR Animus and growth items, and Apex adds Apex Prototypes, Shadowprints and an SR Lattice. They make sense for a new account, much less for an older one.
For spenders and alliance leaders
- Your monthly base: Monthly Supply Card plus Premium Pass is $15.98 a month and covers daily Crystals and the pass track. Build bigger buys on top of that.
- Big Crystal buys: buy Hydra Crystal tiers while the First Top-Up Double Bonus and the Kekker cumulative top-up event run. The same money then counts twice. See the anniversary update guide.
- Limited banners: save Crystals for the limited SSR you actually need, like Peacock Lady: Plume for Disorder teams, instead of pulling on every banner.
