Short answer: You can top up Rise of the Kings two ways. Buy packs in the in-game store with your Apple or Google account, or order the same pack through Packsify. Rise of the Kings sells Value Packs at fixed USD price points, and you pay with real money.

• Value Packs: 0.99, 1.99, 2.99, 4.99, 9.99, 19.99, 49.99 and 99.99 USD. The App Store names them by tier number, so Value Pack 4 is simply the 19.99 USD slot.
• New Pack 8: 5.99 USD.
• Big Resource Grab Bag: 0.99 USD.

What sits inside a Value Pack changes with events. Open the offer in game, check the contents and match the USD tier before you order.

Packsify buys the packs you pick. A pack bought in the in-game store and the same pack bought through Packsify are exactly the same in your game.
