Last Land Updates (2026): Arcane Tech, Atlan City Lords and More

For Last Land players and alliance leaders who want to know what changed in 2026. Checked November 3, 2026.

Short answer: Last Land had three content updates in 2026. Version 4.0.0 in January added hero battle skills, the Northern Lands PvE mode, Soldier Rush and the Atlan City Lord system. Version 4.1.0 in March brought a festival event and Atlan fixes, and 4.2.0 in June added Arcane Tech research and the Atlan Store.

Last Land is a medieval strategy game from LEME. You build a castle, recruit legendary commanders like Alexander, Genghis Khan, Caesar and Joan of Arc, collect artifacts such as Tyrael's Sword, the Aegis Shield and the Trojan Horse, and fight with your alliance. The App Store now lists it as Last Land: Kingdom Conquest, and it is also known as Last Land: Empire War and Last Land: War of Survival. It is the same game.

Update timeline

Version 4.0.0: the big one

• Hero battle skills. Heroes got a new battle skill, so lineups matter more in fights.
• Northern Lands. A new PvE mode.
• Soldier Rush. A new game mode.
• Atlan City Lord system. Cities in the Atlantis battle now have lords.
• Higher Tech Core cap. The maximum Tech Core level went up, which opens more research for top players.

Version 4.1.0: festival and Atlan fixes

March brought a festival event with a castle appearance and avatar frame, a new marching screen for the Polar Desert, and smoother interaction in Atlan.

Version 4.2.0: Arcane Tech and the Atlan Store

• Arcane Tech. A new research line.
• Atlan Store. A shop tied to the Atlantis battle.
• Battle of Atlan. Easier troop refills and teleporting.
• Events. A World Cup prediction event, the Dragon Boat Festival and the Dragon Ark castle look.
• Daily specials. You can now buy daily specials in one go.

What it means for you

Most 2026 changes point to two places: heroes and Atlantis. Hero battle skills and the 2025 star system make your main commanders worth more, and the Atlan City Lord system, the Atlan Store and the troop refill changes make the Atlantis battle the main alliance fight. For spenders and alliance leaders

• Hero Recruiting Pack. The store lists a Hero Recruiting Pack Lv.5 at the top tier. With battle skills and stars now in play, recruiting your main commander pays off more than spreading Gold.
• Tech Core and Arcane Tech. Both got deeper in 2026. If you research a lot, line up speedups for a research push instead of buying them a few at a time.
• Subscriptions. The War Buff and Development Buff subscriptions are small monthly items. Pick the one that matches your week: war before Atlantis, development in quiet weeks.
• Leaders: plan Atlan City Lord targets with your alliance before the battle opens. See the alliance leader page.
