• Value Pack tiers: ten in the US App Store: 0.99, 1.99, 2.99, 4.99, 9.99, 14.99, 16.99, 19.99, 49.99 and 99.99 USD.
• What a tier holds: it depends on the offer live in game. Rotating offers and first-purchase deals often sit on the same price tiers.
• The 14.99 and 16.99 tiers: a little unusual. Tiers like these are often tied to a specific limited offer, so look at what it holds before you buy.
• Prices: these are US App Store prices. Other countries show their own currency, but the tiers line up the same way.

Compare an offer with the plain tier at the same price. A pack should give you something you need now, not just a bigger number.
