Dark War Survival T11 Troops Guide (November 2026): Armor Workshop and Heavy Armor Troops

For Dark War Survival players near Watchtower Industry Lv.5, and leaders planning the T11 push for their alliance. Checked October 31, 2026.

Short answer: Dark War Survival T11 troops are Heavy Armor Troops (Lv.11). You unlock them in the Armor Workshop, which opens at Watchtower Industry Lv.5: repair all 6 armor pieces, then refine armor for more stats and skills. It went live for servers 1 to 88 on October 26, 2026 and starts for servers 89 to 196 on November 2.

T11 is the biggest troop jump in Dark War: Survival this year. In the game it is called Heavy Armor Troops (Lv.11), and it comes from a new building feature, the Armor Workshop.

Below: what the official notes confirm, what creators report about costs, and how to plan it without wasting resources.

What the official notes confirm

• The Armor Workshop unlocks when the Watchtower reaches Industry Lv.5.
• Repair all 6 armor pieces to boost troop ATK and DEF.
• Completing every repair unlocks Heavy Armor Troops (Lv.11).
• Refine the armor for more stat bonuses and new skills for Heavy Armor Troops.
• On servers 1 to 88, the first 10 survivors on each server to finish Armor Refinement trigger a statewide Red Packet.

What creators report

These numbers come from creator videos in late October 2026, not from the game's notes. Check them in your own game.

• The 6 pieces are reported as helmet, chest, gloves, lower armor, boots and core.
• Repairs use Gold, Wisdom Medals and Hammers. Hammers are crafted from Precision Parts.
• Crafting heats up. Creators describe heat tiers that rise as you craft in a week, and a weekly reset. Crafting past the limit costs much more.
• Full set estimate: creator xxSnickerZzz counted about 710 Hammers for the full set, with the Precision Parts price per Hammer climbing from about 20 to about 80 to 130.

Why Precision Parts are the real limit

The CerealKiller fan guide says the Industrial Age starts at Watchtower 30, and from there Watchtower levels are gated by Precision Parts, which you cannot farm or buy with regular resources. The same Precision Parts now feed Hammers for the Armor Workshop. The Military Center competes for them too. The official notes raised the Military Center unit cap for Industry Lv.1 to 10 in September 2026.

How to plan the push

This part is our own advice.

1. Stock Precision Parts, Gold and Wisdom Medals before your server opens. The first week is when the lowest heat tier counts most.
2. Craft inside the weekly heat limit. Going past it costs far more for the same Hammers.
3. Finish repairs before you refine. Repairs unlock the troops. Refinement only adds on top.
4. Plan training. Unlocking T11 is the start. Troop count and research decide fights. Our troop guide covers the basics.

What we do not know yet

• The official notes give no total cost for repairs or refinement.
• The notes do not name the new skills Heavy Armor Troops get from refinement.
• Start dates for servers 197 and up are not announced.
• Creator numbers for stats and Hammer prices come from early servers and could change with tuning.

If you see official numbers in game, tell us in Discord and we will add them. Until then, plan with ranges, not exact totals, and keep a buffer of Precision Parts for the Military Center so one push does not stall the other. When the official numbers land, we will update this guide with a full cost table.

For spenders and alliance leaders

• Precision Parts packs are the T11 lever. If you spend on T11, the bottleneck is Precision Parts, not Gold. Compare packs by how many Precision Parts they hold.
• Do not chase the Red Packet race blind. Being first to refine on your server is a prestige play. Crafting past the weekly heat limit costs a lot more per Hammer.
• Leaders: tell the alliance your server's start date and ask members to save Precision Parts now. A rally core that unlocks T11 in the same week hits as one. See the alliance leader page.
