We’re hiring an elite-level Marketing Team Lead to build the machine Packsify will scale on.

Role

This role is about building a proof-powered growth engine that compounds week over week. You’ll connect creator wins, community proof, and product traction into campaigns that scale.

Your job is to architect the system, lead the team, and keep the scoreboard moving. You’ll set OKRs, run tight test loops, and make sure assets are shipped every week - not “someday.”

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be in the data, reviewing landing pages, editing Canva assets if needed, and guiding your team to ship campaigns that drive real growth.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Set OKRs, KPIs, and cadences. Keep the team aligned, accountable, and moving fast.
  • Proof Engine: Turn reviews, Discord wins, and creator clips into ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Channel Growth: Scale Discord, email, app, and Prestige Club with compounding systems.
  • Creators & Affiliates: Recruit, activate, and optimize partnerships that deliver measurable revenue.
  • Landing Pages & Design: Spot when assets are off-brand or ineffective. Approve, fix, or rebuild fast.
  • Fast Loops: Run guess → test → measure → decide cycles weekly. Document learnings in ClickUp.
  • Data Transparency: Keep dashboards (GA4, Looker, ActiveCampaign, ClickUp) simple, visible, and tied to KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years leading marketing teams in startups or lean environments.
  • Proven experience owning OKRs, KPIs, and weekly test loops.
  • Managed $100k+/qtr paid media budgets.
  • Hands-on with landing pages, lifecycle, affiliates, dashboards.
  • Strong eye for design and brand consistency (Canva-level edits when needed).
  • Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, GA4, Looker, ActiveCampaign.

Bonus points if: 

  • Mobile app or gaming experience.
  • Built lifecycle marketing or VIP/LTV programs.
  • Deep understanding of high-value players (“whales”) and what motivates them.

Location & compensation

  • Remote, with overlap in European time zones.
  • Competitive base salary: $36k–$60k + performance bonus.
  • Full-time, fast-paced, high-impact.
