• Feature Development: Designing and implementing sleek, functional UI with FlutterFlow (and Flutter if applicable).
• Code Quality: Maintaining clean, scalable code and refactoring as needed to keep performance smooth.
• Debugging: Identifying bugs and deploying quick, stable fixes.
• Collaboration: Participating in team syncs, estimating timelines, and delivering consistent updates.
• Knowledge Sharing: Documenting features and sharing what you learn with the rest of the team.
• Testing: Writing and maintaining tests to ensure high-quality releases

• You’ve built apps in FlutterFlow for at least 1 year.
• You understand how to create beautiful, usable UI and care about UX best practices.
• You’ve integrated REST APIs and are confident in handling state management.
• You’re familiar with Git and software engineering basics.
• You enjoy solving bugs, optimizing features, and iterating quickly.
• Bonus: You’ve worked with Flutter, Firebase, GCP, or ASP.NET.
• You’re proactive, communicative, and comfortable working with remote teams.
