Packsify is the trusted way for serious mobile strategy players to top up. Our players put a lot into the games they love, and we help them top up safely, get more value for their money, and never worry about whether a purchase will go wrong. Behind it are real people they can actually talk to, who treat them and their alliance like partners. Small, steady, fully remote team.
Our promise to players is simple: keep them safe, give them real value, and treat them with respect. Everything we build has to live up to that, including this role.
Here is the part that makes this different from most community jobs. Mobile strategy games run on alliances: fifty to a hundred players who fight together every day, talk every day, and trust each other far more than they trust any brand. We are building the system that lets a whole alliance get more out of Packsify together instead of one player at a time. It is called the Alliance Dashboard, it is launching right now, and this role owns it together with the communities it lives in.
Packsify has been around for five years and is profitable. This part of it is brand new. If you like joining something proven and building the new part of it yourself, that is exactly this seat.
This role exists to make two things more valuable for our players: our Discord communities and our Alliance Dashboard - partner program. You own both. That is the whole job.
To be clear about what this is not: this is not the head of marketing, and it is not the lead of our growth team. You will not manage a team or set company strategy. You go narrow and deep on two areas, the community and the partners, and you own the results on both. You work next to our growth and content people, not above them.
You will:
The thread through both: real value for players and alliances, and genuine care for the people who hold their communities together. This is a hands on operator role. You will be in Discord every day, talking with players and leaders, running events, and paying attention to what actually helps. Not a make the deck marketing manager.
One honest filter before you read further. If the interesting part of this for you is finding partners, working out which deals actually work, and building a program that runs across games, you will enjoy this. If the interesting part is mainly moderating and posting, you will find this role heavier than you expect.
And to be direct about the shape of it: for at least the first twelve months this is an individual contributor role. You will be the one in the DMs with alliance leaders and creators, running the events, and chasing the first orders through a new code. There is room to grow as the company grows, but if you are looking to manage a team instead of doing the work, this is not the seat.
You would report to our Growth Lead and work closely with our founder, who owns the strategy and the economics of this program today. Once you are up to speed, we expect you to bring us your own plans rather than wait for tasks.
The Alliance Dashboard is how a whole alliance gets the most out of Packsify together, not just one person. When an alliance tops up through it, everyone is better off: the same safe service and real people behind it, more value for everyone's money, and rewards the whole alliance picks up along the way. Leaders can even gift credits to their members to say thanks for carrying the team.
Alliance leaders, creators, and community owners are the ones who bring their people in, using their own Alliance code, and yes, they earn for it too. But this is not one person taking a cut. It is the whole alliance leveling up together, safely and fairly. We run it like a real partnership, calm and clean, the way our players expect.
Where it stands today: alliances and creators are our main growth channel, our Elite partners have been with us for a long time, and there is already a waitlist of alliances for the dashboard. So you are not starting from a blank page. You are taking something with real demand behind it and making it work at scale.
A note on scope, so nothing is a surprise later: you own the program, not the product. The screens, the visuals and the design work sit with someone else. You bring the requirements, the partner feedback and the priorities into that work.
By the end of your first 90 days, you will have:
On pay: we keep it fair, and we are happy to talk about it early and openly. We ask for your expectation in the application so neither side spends hours before we know we are close. There is also a quarterly bonus tied to results in your own area, and we go through how it works before any offer.
Our principles are the standard we hold ourselves to. The right person for this role will align with them, live them, and push the team forward through them.
Be the kind of teammate others fight to keep. High performance, honest feedback, and ownership of your growth keep the team sharp.
