For Discord communities

A server runs on trust and pins. Set Packsify up once, give it one home, and let the pin do the daily work.

One home for it. A dedicated channel or one pinned message, not links scattered across channels. People should know where it lives.

The pin carries the code too. Server members scroll past announcements, the pin is what they find later, so it has both the link and the code.

Announce once, then let the pin work. One announcement when you set it up, then mentions only when relevant. Mass pings burn goodwill faster than they bring orders.

Mods answer from experience. Whoever answers questions should have ordered at least once. Honest answers from real use, the wait included.

Welcome them in the first days. Whoever joins and orders early stays with it. A short welcome to someone who just joined beats another announcement to everyone.

Timing helps, and you control it. Everyone buys at once around reset and in the first hours of a big event, so that is when orders queue. Post a reminder before events: order early in the pack window, have backup codes ready. Best time to order.

Ready messages

Copy as they are, better in your own words. In the app's Brand Hub these come with your invite link and code filled in automatically.

Server announcement

We all buy packs anyway, so might as well get something back for it.

I've been using Packsify for some time, and I want to invite you too. They buy packs for you, and you get more for your money. You order in their app, their team buys through the official store, and you follow the order until it's done. It's not instant, count on a bit of waiting, but it's worth it.

I was sceptical at first too. Real company, US registered, five years, real people answering, and a lot of top alliances already use them.

I set our server up on their Alliance Dashboard: one code for all of us, and we all get rewards from it.

Ask in this channel if you need help setting it up.

Arriving later? The code is {your Alliance code} in the Packsify app.
Codes are only ever asked for inside the Packsify app chat. Anyone asking here in DMs is not them.

Welcome someone who just joined

Good to have you in. Three things that make it smooth, learned the hard way:

1. Keep some credits on your account so you're ready before an event, not during it.
2. Set up backup codes once in your Google or Facebook settings and send them in the app chat. After that most orders go through without you doing anything.
3. Order a bit ahead. It's not instant, and the first order is the slowest one you'll have.

Anything odd, ask here or ask their support in the app. Someone real answers.

Answer: is it safe

Fair question, I checked before my first order too. It's a real US registered company, five years running, with a team you can actually find and talk to. Someone real is on your order, and support answers fast, way more than you get from the game. You can ask them for proof of the official store purchase, the merchant name on it is not always Packsify and that's normal. I've had no problems, and you follow every order in the app until it's done.

Answer: will I get banned

Fair thing to check before you spend anything. They buy official Apple and Google gift cards and use that credit to buy the packs inside your account through the official store. No tools, no hacks, no exploits, it's the same purchase you'd make yourself, just made for you. Five years and I haven't seen it cause anyone a problem, me included. Don't take my word for it, they answer this one directly in their help center and there are over a thousand public reviews you can read.

Send them: Will I get banned for using Packsify? or the reviews on Trustpilot.

Answer: what do you get out of it

Nothing you're paying for. The price is the same whether you use our code or not. What the code does is send rewards back as credits, some to you on your own orders, some to the community, and the more of us using it the more comes back to all of us.

Answer: found it cheaper

Cheaper exists, sure. Before you use any seller, ask them: is there a real company behind it, can you get proof of the official store purchase, and is there a person to talk to when something goes wrong. If the answers are no, the discount is funded by something that gets reversed later, and it's your account on the line. I'd rather pay a bit more and know who I'm dealing with.

Answer: why not buy in game

Buying in game works, nobody says otherwise. The difference: through our code we all get rewards back on orders, there are real people if something's off, and in most currencies you simply get more for the same money. It's not instant, count on a bit of waiting, so keep credits topped up and order a bit ahead of events.

Answer: why the codes, why it takes longer sometimes

That's not Packsify slowing it down, and it's not the game. When they buy your packs they sign in with your Google or Facebook login, and that security sometimes asks to confirm it's really you. Nothing moves until you send the code.

The fix takes five minutes, once. Generate backup codes in your Google or Facebook settings and share them in the app chat. After that most orders go through without you being there at all. Keep credits topped up and order a bit ahead of events and you barely notice it.

One thing worth knowing: they only ask for codes inside the Packsify app chat. Anyone asking by Discord DM, SMS or email is not them. Worth pinning next to your link.

Full steps: how backup codes work.

Answer: my order is taking long

Happens, usually for one of two reasons: everyone ordered at once around reset or an event start, or the login asked for a code and it's waiting on you. Open the order in the app first, the status is there. If it looks stuck, message their support in the app, that's the fastest way and a person answers. Better to ask them than to sit and wonder, and nobody here should guess a time for you.
